Visited for the first time today. Everyone was incredibly friendly. My 8 year old got a cut by Sonia. She was lovely and did a beautiful job. We will be back. Such a bonus that you can book an appointment. Thanks HOF!

Reza and his team get it right every time. Bring my 5 year old for his cut too. Highly recommend.Son is now 9.. and we are still getting cuts here. Testament to quality and great customer service.

Been here a couple of times now. Haircuts are pretty good and the barbers are good guys, but the customer service could be better. First appointment was fine, but for my second appointment, I got a call a few hours before which I missed with no voicemail left, but good thing I called back. I was asked to reschedule as the barber was leaving early for the day.I rescheduled for the next afternoon with the same barber and when I arrived, I was told the barber had left early for the day again. I was then given the option to reschedule or get cut with a another barber, so I got my cut with someone else.Again, the cut was pretty good and the prices are good with the membership option, but the overall customer service and experience could be better.

My partner has been looking for a place to cut his hair and we decided to check this place out with all the great reviews and high star count. The first appointment went great but unfortunately that barber moved.The second time I booked, I did with Reza and he texted saying he was sick and couldn't make it. Fully understandable, we ended up rebooking with someone else luckily.But this LAST time... Reza cancelled ON THE DAY OF, no notification, no text, no reasoning. I found out from an email saying it got cancelled about 4 hours prior to the appointment! So I panicked and tried to rebook because we were going on a trip the next day. Luckily someone was available... but in the end, we weren't lucky because when he arrived at the store, they said there was no appointment made despite the email confirmation and they also gave him the worst hair cut I have ever seen in my life. The barber was also super awkward and would not cut his hair the way he wanted it. He refused to cut it short and clean as he prefers.That first hair cut was amazing, but after a repeat of negative experiences, we will not be returning and I would suggest finding another spot to do business.

I accidentally booked an appointment with erik instead of darian(usually I go to him and he is really good). Upon arrival I came to know erik is not in for that day and there is one barber available. Allen, This barber gave me one of the worst haircuts I ever had. Beard lineup was not good either, he seemed to be in hurry. I paid $42 plus taxes and tips and he couldn’t seem to give me 30 minutes of his time for his services. Hair cut, beard trim and lineup. Hair on my ears are still not even. I asked multiple times to fix that and I never had to say anything to darian. Moustache is the worst.Usually I have good servies at HOF but after this experience I will try to avoid them as much as I can.Update: Owner reza called. Advised to give a free haircut plus apologized for the mishap. Appreciate this gesture of him. Will go back once time permits.

Haircut is good, but not what I asked forStylist: Steven.The experience was very cold and awkward,The barber looked like he didn’t want to be there. Everyone else seemed to be having a good time. This was my first time getting a haircut in over 2 years, so it was a huge change.I showed the barber the reference photos, and he seemed really unsure. I guess I shouldn’t have ignored this red flag, because the final result is not what I asked for. It’s not a bad haircut, and now I’m used to it, but it’s not what I initially wanted.At the end, I asked the barber to style it like the photos I showed him, he said “you can style it yourself, this is how I do it”. Oh, and he did not show me the back.So yeah, maybe other stylists are better, but I definitely did have a good time there.

Rezza is the man! Super chill and nice guy. Really cares about the customer and building a memorable experience. Their membership program is worthwhile given the price and customize your preference on how often you want to get haircuts.A few takeaways:- I wasn't too pleased with my haircuts from other barbers at the location. It seems the consistency in the haircut is all over the place. They aren't very talkative and a bit cold at times- appointment and membership system could use some work, I was confirmed a timeslot even though the barber was off for that day.- Think a bit more attention to detail with the cuts can go a long way. This might be due to the fact they are often busy at this location or that given that it is a prepaid membership that they want to be quick.Rezza 4/5The rest of the team 2/5

My experience was the single worst haircut I have ever received in my life. I want to start off by saying that I was late 15 min(stuck at a train crossing) and I wish that my barber would’ve turned me away instead of what it seems he did and that was taking his revenge on my hair. I asked for a 2 fade on my sides and back and a little off the top. My hair is now patchy and not faded around the sides and uneven on the top. I was not even shown the back and it’s so terribly lit inside that I could barely see the front and sides! You put a certain level of trust in your barber when you sit down in that chair and my trust in this place has been fully compromised. If you have a barber here that you like then I advise you to not take a chance with a different barber if he’s not available. If you are thinking of trying this barber shop for the first time then I advise you to run far far away and if you do book the barber Ezzo then I strongly advise you to not be late or your hair will suffer. 0/5 if I could.

I really struggled finding a decent barber in the local area until I came to house of fades today and got a cut by Rezza. He took care of me and made sure I left with a good fade! Rezza listened to exactly what I wanted and somehow did it better. Definitely recommend seeing him for a cut.
