Happy to see that others have not had a good experiences here. The complete lack of disrespect to your customers is appalling. The owners and employees are rude and inconsiderate to others. Don't waste your time here. Go anywhere else to consign or shop, trust me.

Went into the store hoping to find a deal but instead was flabbergasted by the prices of the mens clothes. In fact, most items were way overpriced, and went to winners instead. If your looking for fair prices then I suggest going across the street.

Bought 2 bikes there to get my 2 boys through the summer. One is just ok, the other….not a chance. Lasted just over their return policy and is complete garbage. Gears don’t work and chain falls off 24/7. The fact is, its been used a lot and should not of been resold. I should of known better but not knowing much about bikes (before, I have now become well aware of the little things I should of looked for) I trusted and should not have.

Very belated review - but this was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.Came into Second Thyme Around a couple months ago and realized my phone battery was running low. I asked the woman behind the counter if I could plug my phone in while I shopped and her response was a curt No. Electricity isn't free.I immediately walked over to Rosebuds

Rude staff, only carries to size 14, told snottily to shop elsewhere due to being a larger size. Lots of selection but I won't return due to the terrible service. Unpleasant experience.

Really uncomfortable experience with the one short grey-haired woman working there. She was bragging to many of the customers that were shopping about having kicked out a woman earlier in the day for having dirty hands. Not a conversation I wanted to hear or engage in, and I'm sure others felt the same. For a used clothing store, you should expect individuals of a lower income and should be treating all people with kindness. I found her attitude towards the situation and her oversharing utterly disgusting. She also had a very rude attitude in general.
