I rarely write reviews, let alone a bad review - but this has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any hair salon. This salon lacks accountability for their wrongs and has extremely little customer service skills. I went in on Saturday for a cut and colour, and provided lots of photos of inspiration for the colour that I wanted, which was my natural colour (my natural colour being close to an organgey ginger, strawberry blonde) but a little more emphasized. My stylist completely went in the opposite direction, and now my hair is close to brown. When I got home and really looked at it, it was so far off from what I had wanted. I never complain or call with concerns, but this was a massive mistake made by the stylist and I wanted a correction or a refund for the colour - I really like the cut, so I didn't see a need for a refund for that. When I called in, the receptionist said the best they could do was offer me a detox free of charge. When I asked what that was she said it would strip the colour from my hair. My response was okay, and will I have to pay for the re-colour, to which her response was that would be something I would have to talk to my stylist about for what is covered versus what was not covered. So, I would have had to spend even more money and risk being un-happy, again. I responded with a simple thank you and I told her I would be gong elsewhere. This receptionist then responded with a very rude and sarcastic Good Luck". Someone with that much unprofessionalism should not be working at the front desk

Got my hair bleached yesterday had an amazing experience! My hair was done by Amany so she so sweet and welcoming. My hair came out to exactly what I wanted, will definitely be going back!

Love love love this salon. Such a great atmosphere of talented stylists.Shannon is our families go to girl! She is always is down for my crazy changes and can totally cut my antsy 1.5 year olds hair without a sweat. She is always up to date with styles, techniques and the Aveda poduct line. Thanks to her, my hair has never been healthier! I will never use another brand of hair products! So thankful for such a killer stylist and friend!

Great customer service, plenty of appointment times and they made me feel like I could trust them with my hair which isn’t something I take lightly!

I did a walk in appointment, because I needed a hair cut for the weekend. I booked an appointment for next day with a random young hairdresser.So, my girl was late over 20 mins and on top of it I got butchered. I dont think I will be back, too bad.

I had a fabulous experience today with Taylor! She took the time to understand my hair and the look I was going for. She also gave feedback to ensure that the look would fit my face. She was great! Never felt rushed. Will definitely be returning.

I followed hair stylist Jessica from another salon. I absolutely LOVE her and her work. She always makes me feel comfortable and welcome when I come in. Jessica always listens to what I want and I have never been disappointed with what she has done with my hair! Jessica does all of my regular cuts and colours and also did my hair for my wedding. She captured exactly what I wanted for my big day and put up with all my indecisiveness! The salon itself has a great atmosphere and I just absolutely love coming here!

I have been going to Shannon for hair colour and she is absolutely amazing! I have very dark and thick hair and she was able to get me to a beautiful honey blonde. She let me know which hair products she was using so that I could buy the ones that I like to help limit the damage to my hair. She definitely loves her job and it shows in the quality of her work.
