I contacted Windows and Doors Direct about replacing an exisitng patio door. The sales rep, Terry, was prompt and pleasant to deal with. He examined the door and listened to my reasons for wanting to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised when he suggested I might want to try it for another winter with just a few minor changes since the door is actually in good shape. The only issue is that the door is old and not energy efficient. If I do decide the replace the door next year I will definitely go with Windows and Doors Direct!

We had our windows installed yesterday and I can't say enough good things about the service we received. Right from the start, it was a great experience working with Terrance who sold us the windows to the installers, Scott and Kurt. They did an incredible job.
