Kevin and his team renovated my entire residence. This was my first renovation, and he was attentive listening to all of my inquiries and ideas. He provided multiple great inputs, delivered final results on time and the total cost was within budget. Having recently had a full basement and bathroom renovations, I can confidently say that Kevin and his crew did an excellent job. From the initial consultation to the final review there was great communication and quality of workmanship was there throughout the whole process.The work was completed quickly and efficiently, with all expectations met and exceeded. The team was incredibly respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after themselves at the end of each day. This was our first time renovating and Kevin was extremely patient in answering our many questions and explaining the reasons behind making certain recommendations.We are also especially impressed with Kevin's responsiveness and ability to deal with unexpected issues since his team discovered two leaks during the reno process. Kevin was there within hours with his roofer and was able to deal with the problems. They were also still able to finish on time which we really appreciated.

We first had Kevin renovated our washrooms upstairs. We loved their very professional, detailed oriented work. Kevin also helped to give us many constructive design suggestions. We loved our new washrooms. So we asked them to renovate our kitchen and painted whole house the next year. As expected they delivered excellent high quality work. Moreover he helped me to pick a nice color for the accent wall I always dreamed to have. That highlights the whole house and we got a lot of compliments. We have lived in our newly renovated house for more than one year and everyday I enjoyed the new look very much. Fabulous! My husband and I can't say enough great things about Castle Bay. They offer a variety of design and an excellence of workmanship. Kevin's team is professional, friendly and extremely tidy. What I personally love about Castle Bay is that they listen to the customer and very easy to communicate. I have used their services several times. They remodeled my kitchen, basement and entire second floor including three bathrooms, and their jobs are always completed with amazingly high quality. I'm normally a picky person, but I have to say I'm completely satisfied with Kevin's work. We recommended Castle Bay to our friends and they are all happy with the work done. Kevin and his team helped us remodel the entire house. Kevin was very easy to work with since the beginning. He has excellent communication skills and was actively involved in the design process. He was very patient with us constantly updating designs and had many valuable inputs. Throughout the entire project I was very impressed with Kevin's attention to detail and his high standards of quality. Kevin is also a problem solver. Most importantly, he understood our needs and delivered.Our project started with the basement. It was unfinished and we built a kid room with climbing wall, a bar, a gym and a bathroom. We also renovated the entire kitchen and family room that year. In the second year we renovated our 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the 2nd floor. I'm extremely happy with the results. Without hesitation I highly recommend Castle Bay to anyone looking to do renovation projects.
