ASF Gymnastics

My kids has been going there for 3 whole years and she went from nothing, to level 8 in those 3 years!!!! She competes in PROVINCIAL competitions! The coaches there are FRIENDLY,SERIOUS and PROFESSIONAL, especially the head coach!!! Very happy so far with my experience!!! I would recommend for you to go there if you want your child to learn gymnastics and have fun too!!!

So many problems with this establishment. Many relates to the owner. Owner condescending, rude and lacks the basic ability to listen. Billing is extremely confusing and when asked for clarification, owner basically responds with “that’s the way it is and that’s what we have been doing forever. If you don’t understand or like it, we have plenty of others who want your spot.” No thanks. While I would do anything for our daughter, I’m glad she didn’t want to continue. Recommend for the owner to listen and take constructive criticism instead of being so pig headed.

Just had a birthday party for a group of 11 nine-year-olds (mostly girls) and it was perfect. The coaches were enthusiastic and conducted fun and challenging activities with the kids. Patti at the front office was over-and-above helpful and put in time to manage little details to make the party feel special and run smoothly. It was affordable and all the kids had a blast. I definitely recommend them for birthday parties. My kid also enjoys the summer camp.

I don’t recommend at all. Rude manager & coaches. They don’t allow parents to watch children while practicing, which is uncomfortable. Very expensive. My son was bullied by another kid during the class, ended up crying & coach did nothing!

The owner and staff is very dedicated to their students. In particular during the recent 4 week long down, the team offered free online high quality and well organized zoom classes that provided the technical training needed to keep them practicing. At the same time offering credit for the missed in person classes. This gesture demonstrated the teams focus on learning and enjoying the sport not just running a business!

My daughter has been going to Academy for a while now and she loves it, she is always eager to go in and we are starting to see progress not only in her gymnastics but in her focus and determination. When COVID-19 hit we were pleasantly surprised and impressed that the club offered complimentary ZOOM classes for all of us just to keep our kids happy and active. My daughter can’t wait to get back when their camps begin this summer. I highly recommend this facility.

Academy of Sport and Fitness went above and beyond this past year offering free Zoom classes for kids of all ages while the club was closed during Covid lockdowns. I really appreciated that my kids were able to stay active through these fun online classes plus continue to stay connected with other children their age. The coaches put a lot of effort into creating different class activities that incorporated gymnastics in a safe way from home. The club even ran Christmas and Spring break camps online which my children loved!

My daughter has been going to this gym for almost 10 years now. This gym does not pack in massive number of kids and offers each gymnast ample amount of time on each equipment. I like how coaches are strict and push the kids to their maximum potential, teaching them real-world value of success comes from hard work and perseverance. During COVID-19 numerous lockdowns, free zoom classes are offered to existing members keeping the kids busy and active. For the competitive group, zoom trainings are offered 5 days a week during the lockdown to keep the athletes in healthy and top shape. This is a great place to send your kids to learn some gymnastics skills and make some good friends and have fun!

My son spent some time at the camp this summer and thoroughly enjoyed it. He was particularly happy to participate in the Ninja activities. The program was energetic, interactive and fun! I highly recommend!

I've been taking my daughter to this place for over 2 years. She has learned a lot with just doing rec but now we are in competitive and she's really progressing. The coaches are friendly, professional, and also fun. My daughter loves coming here.
