Everything was done with satisfaction and efficiency. A friendly and courteous agent. He stayed on top of everything, quickly replied to emails, and answered his phone. I prefer the one-on-one experience of speaking to someone in person.

He did not give up for any reason even though a lot of trips were already booked but he never gave up looking for that trip we were looking for. The service at this travel agency is amazing. Anuj Malik was so great to work with, he was able to help me choose a destination and resort that had everything I was looking for and was able to book it for me so quickly. He was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had following the booking, and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I loved the vacation I booked through him and I will be contacting him for my future travel needs.
