Stewart & his crew did an amazing job with our spring yard clean-up. During Covid19 they worked with my family to maintain contactless service which was great. I have used Mow Value for several years & find their service professional & an excellent value.

We are most certainly happy returning customers! Stewart checked in at the beginning of the season and then followed up as the weather improved. We have come to count on him, his exceptional work and attention to detail. Our yard is a mountain of leaves, with all sorts of nooks and crannies and Stewart digs in with his crew and doesn’t leave until it’s immaculate. In fact, last year, he even returned to check the yard and clear a small area that still had a bit of ice covering. This guy is a top notch business owner with fabulous customer service. As a new customer I was very impressed with this company and would recommend Mr. Mow to anyone needing or looking for their service line. As a Journeyman Landscaper myself, I am particular about my property and like to ensure that it is done correctly and professionally. Stewart and his team are exceptional and even cautioned that he may not be able to get right to my property as they were booking into May. He did acknowledge that with warmer weather he may be able to get to it earlier. Not only did he surprise me pleasantly the following week, but in doing so, he and his crew took the time to power take the lawn as requested. Do a trim along the perimeter of the bed. Took time to clean around a small Cotoneaster bush and as an added bonus they did a preliminary clean of my bed against the house. Highly recommended, great clean up. Will be a return customer.

I was a wait-listed customer this year, new to MowValue and the experience was high quality. Stewart was very efficient; he responded promptly to texts, demonstrated an exceptionally strong work ethic and followed through exactly how he said he would. Our yard took some time and he let me know that next year the price would be a bit higher. Appreciating the work involved, I offered to pay more but Stewart said “no,” I honour the price I quoted. It’s a labour intensive business and likely hard to find good help but his employee was also excellent and hard-working. I saw how Stewart respectfully offered him feedback and although his expectations were high, he interacted with his staff in the same manner he dealt with me as a customer.
