OneStop Carwash,laundromat &Dog wash

I love this place. As compared to other car wash places their equipment is better and water psi level is higher which means better Wash..! I like the soap quality they use.I never knew owner changed until i met this new guy. He was super nice and co-operative and makes sure customer is satisfied before leaving.

Terrific place. SO happy there is a newer, cleaner place in this end of town to wash my little sports car. I was so fed up with other filthy car washes. This place is great. I’ll definitely be back.

Always clean. Owners are more than helpful. Love the big washers for washing comforters and sheets.

It's not as clean as it used to be. Of course, the later in the day you go, I suppose it'll be dirtier, but don't they clean it more often? Washers smelled musky and one machine kept eating my loonies. Maybe time to try somewhere else.I used to love it here last spring.

This used to be the best place. Ever. Unfortunately it has now changed hands. After using this laundry mat for many years l will never go back. Short changed by the change machine. This also happened to a gentleman using car wash change machine so I think it's intentional. Prices of washers has increased. Price of dryers has more than doubled and the heat of the dryers has been reset so low it takes 45 minutes to dry your clothes now and even then they won't be totally dry but as you have already spent 7 dollars at this point you will probably be angry enough to leave. No more free vacuums for customers and the place is already going downhill. Three machines out of service and the place which was formally very clean is filthy. So sad. The previous owner was absolutely fantastic. The new owner is here to rip you off at every opportunity. Stay away!

I was very sad when I found out that the previous owner Stephen is selling the place. I live in Brantford but try to comeback to One Stop , Soapz before to wash my car after so many bad feedback that i heard from other people and i read some review here, 1st with SOAPZ vacuum is free now you have to pay $1 for 2 mins vacuuming your car, I was charged for $17 for 7 minutes self car wash with no soap only the high rinse is working 3 bays are not working today. 5-15-2023.I believe the two guys are partly owner and they just walk away.In fairness he offered to give me $4 refund out of $17.

Amazing Carwash with amazing service. Cleans 100x better than another of the other ones and also great friendly staff that will put a smile on your face. Highly recommend

When this place was taken over by new owners they put the prices up significantly. They are always around site so one day I expressed my concern with them and they lowered all the prices back down. The point is they listen to their customers! This is critical to do in a small town where people get comfortable with small town ways! Way to go team One Stop! Facility is beautiful and always up to the task! I would also like to add that I use all aspects of the facility (Laundry, pet wash, and car cleaning) ALL GREAT!

The bays are pretty decent although they can get expensive unless you work fast and furious.My main issue was with the machine wash, it leaves stuff on the car and doesn’t even do the back good. tried it a couple times and won’t do it again.The better way is to do it yourself in the bay.Nice to have laundry and dog wash works well.
