We purchased our very first home back in 2016 with Daniela and had an amazing experience. It was our first time so we were very nervous about the whole process but Daniela was so knowledgeable and accommodating. In 2021, a house we had had our eye on was about to go on the market and Daniela told us about it before it was even listed. We ended up buying our dream home and also listed our 2016 purchase with her. We are very happy!!!

Our experience with Daniela Tofano was nothing short of fantastic! Buying our first home was nerve-wrecking and obviously filled with emotion. Daniela was great to work with - enthusiastic, patient, and very knowledgable about Hamilton/Burlington and the lower city in particular, and was always quick to communicate. She was very attentive to our lifestyle, our likes and dislikes, and ultimately equipped us with the knowledge we needed to make one of the biggest decisions of our lives. I say she “equipped us”, as we decided to take the leap on a house that went up for sale while she was on her honeymoon. What could have been an unfortunate situation was not, as Daniela was organized (yes still responsive while on her honeymoon), and left us in good hands for the inspection and negotiation work. Since buying our home over four years ago, she’s gone over and above to try and connect us with various trades people (as we bought a true fixer-upper) and periodically checks in to see how we are doing and how our family is growing. We are so happy with our home and neighbourhood that we have no plans on ever selling, but if we did, we would happily work with Daniela again! For now, we have enthusiastically recommend her to several friends and family!

Working with Daniela to purchase our first home has been a phenomenal experience. From our initial kick off call (on zoom due to the pandemic) where she took the time to deeply understand what we were looking for and what our expectations were to her larger than life, infectious personality that made viewing 6 houses a day the highlight of our week. She took care of everything to get our house looking in tip top shape for showings (ie cleaning, staging, marketing) and it definitely paid off.
