Avoid this place If you’re an immigrant, not a regular customer there or don’t speak fluent English/French. They will discriminate you and SCAM you.

Depends upon your luck. If you have to see a guy standing on the front disk, then it is better to come back instead of wasting your time as he doesn’t have any sense to communicate with people. Although he doesn’t speak English, but at least he could behave properly.I think that ether some basic lessons of good behaviour and communication must be given to him or any new worker can also be employed on his place.Thank you.

Not even if it was free would I ever step foot in this establishment. From the staff to the food it was the most undesirable experience I've ever had. Taking the trip to the Rosebowl is worth it !!

They overcharged my friend 25$ and didn’t want to give us a refund even though they admitted it was their mistake. Also demonstrated racist and discriminatory behaviour towards minorities, terrible experience

Not a terrible bowling alley. However, considering the fact that they rent rooms for children's parties, the Manager was not concerned about dirty graffiti on the wall in the party room. It stayed there for over two weeks that I know of. When I informed the Manager he said, I know!" Just did not care."

Went there yesterday with my husband and kids (19 & 17 yrs old).Played the big balls. Had fun, BUT every time the balls kept coming back, they would bounce off each other and send one of the balls flying to the floor. SO ANNOYING. I've never seen that before. Always had to look out that the balls didn't crush your toes. Plus the balls were really OILY!!! Never seen that either. Made our hands greasy. Told the manager about the balls falling and he said he's aware. The alleys used to be only for small balls so they are waiting for equipment to come to secure the ball holders with a ramp on each side to keep the balls in. Just disappointing overall. $85 for 4 people, 3 games and we had to pick up the balls from the floor, constantly. Skip this place until they do their renovation.

Small balls only. Clean space, great for kids under 10. If you do not speak French then bring someone who does, because none of the employees speak English unfortunately.
