Hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was awesome. The pool was fun, kids loved it. The rooms were very typical hotel rooms, not overly fancy and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The hotel staff were incredible and kind. Definitely would stay again.

Stayed just recently. I have to say the stay was like being in a prison. Only one entrance which was the lobby. Most Hamptons which are Hilton run, have digital locks on all exits and entrances. This hotel does not. Once you exit one of the outer doors, you are forced to return through the lobby. Another fact that may bother you is that the property is fenced with barbed wire completely around. If you have a room that is to the rear of the hotel, you see prison fencing with the barb wire. What a view! We have a service dog, small and the policy of this hotel is to require paper work. While most may carry it, we did not. Not a huge problem because happy to pay the pet fee but there is no place to exercise your dog. Again the area with grass is behind the hotel and that is fenced off not allowing you to take your dog. Website changed policy of pets from 15 lbs to 10 lbs in between the time of the reservation and arrival. No notice. Parking is an issue. Website does not state that vehicles over a certain height are an issue. Yes, free if you have a regular car. A problem if you don't. Lastly, the free breakfast is a joke. Eggs that taste like paper and waffles, cereal. That's about it. I have stayed at many Hamptons and breakfast was way better than this place.

Awful booking experience with this Hotel. Booked online for a trip that got cancelled the following day. When talking to the manager i was spoken down to and told they had no power because i booked online and not through the hotel" despite the fact i booked directly through the Hilton website.I travel and book many hotels and can safely say this is one of the worst custom experiences i have come across.There are much nicer hotels with friendly staff in this area

Location is great for transit and uber. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pool and hot tub were substandard. Staff were very polite and respectful. The TVs are not smart, so be stuck watching boring cable tv unless you bring your own apple tv. The rooms felt like they were stuck in the early 2010s. The walls are paper thin. You can hear kids running up and down the halls.

Wonderful experience!Great hotel with really nice, friendly and helpful staff! One of the cleaning ladies asked if I needed my room cleaned when I said I was fine she offered clean towels and the lady at the breakfast was very nice, said good morning everyday. There was lots of little things that made the stay very enjoyable, I was there for 2 nights and had no complaints, I was right next to the elevator but my room was silent, the beds were extremely cozy and comfortable. I really appreciated the bathroom because it was spacious and you actually had proper room to get dressed (unlike many new hotels) also the shower was nice and roomy as well. Their breakfast was great with 2 waffle makers so I didn’t have to constantly wait and they had many other great breakfast options. Underground parking with access through the digital room key was very nice and convenient, made the stay even better. Only downsides were that breakfast was done at 9 already and the bathroom didn’t have an air vent but these where very minor inconveniences especially compared to so many great things this hotel offers! Definitely will be staying here again and I recommend everyone to as well!

Staying at this hotel was okay. Unfortunately the rooms had no smart TVs, loose plugs so your charger falls out, and the digital cable really was limited. Most hotels have upgraded TVs and you can connect your phone to cast.. this one did not.The bathrooms had no fan! Kind of a deal-breaker. After you have a shower or if someone has a smelly bathroom visit the whole room will be steamy or smelly!I found the bed decently comfortable and the linens very clean.The breakfast was okay. Pre-made Western omelettes and the bacon was very very greasy. The muffins were delicious.The pool was unfortunately a big disappointment. It wasn't a pool really, just a area for you to exit from the slide. Because there were a lot of kids, the small size, it was just not enticing.The hot tub was not hot enough.The staff were friendly.Overall I wasn't sure what to expect with The branding of Hilton attached I thought it'd be a nicer stay. Probably will not book again.

The service was good, not great but good. Breakfast was really good. The pool was great, water slide is very intense. The rooms were not what I expected for a Hamptons hotel. Beds not comfortable, the bathroom door had no lock and was just a sliding door that faced the beds. There was no fan in the bathroom. I won’t be staying at this one again solely based on the rooms.

I've stayed here twice. I've had the king suite and enjoyed it. It is very clean and safe here. The staff seem friendly. The pool is okay, they do have a hot tub which is good. The fitness room is quite small with limited equipment. The breakfast could be better. The best part of breakfast is the staff ensuring condiments are full and food is stocked. The waffle maker is popular and also the best thing about breakfast. The hotel is in close proximity of many restaurants Including Big T's"
