I have been going to see Adam for about 10 years for sports physiotherapy. Each time I have an issue with my ankle or legs due to a sprain or strain I contact oshc as I know thier team of chiropractors and physiotherapists will take care of my health issues and get me back to the sports I love to do. The lady at the front desk, I think her name is Catherine is excellent, always on point with bookings and follow ups, they even send you email appointment reminders which is so helpful. They also have a custom orthopedic orthotic specialist that can custom create an insole for you, I'm still considering getting these but I'm self employed so it's kinda pricey for me but I have friends who have gotten them done here and swear by it as its let them live more comfortably on a daily basis.

I've had lower back pain for more than 30 years and finally decided to see a Chiropractor, best decision ever, my back is not as painful and it is improving, thank you Dr Adam Dunits.

Adam was able to fix my shoulder issue in a matter of a couple visits where physio was taking forever. Very personable and I never feel rushed - he always puts in the time to treat my injury(ies). And booking and/or cancelling appointments is always easy with a friendly upfront staff.

Best in Ottawa! Adam is a legend, and all staff is super friendly. Fixed me up on multiple occasions, after healing from broken collarbones, broken ankles and stretch spinal ligaments.. he fixed me right up within a couples of weeks and I was back in the gym, riding my bike and doing the sports i love every time. Super friendly, funny and accommodates your needs. I would recommend to anyone.

Adam is literally outstanding! I have tension migraines and headaches and he has helped them almost disappear :) His sense of humor eases my day and I look forward to seeing him. He doesn't do what a typical Chiro does, goes above and beyond and I HAVE to mention his amazing foot massage and hydro lounger that his clients use before and after his treatment! My WHOLE family goes to him and he has helped us ALL immensely!All the staff are so friendly and helpful! You must try it once, you won't regret :)

Never have I been subjected to such demeaning and belittling behaviour in a medical practice. It is completely inappropriate to mock your clients and call them names when they express pain during treatment, or shame them upon walking in the door for being almost late (even though I was early). Shame on OSHC for allowing their 'casual' environment to degrade into an intolerant, judgemental frat house.
