The owner has the absolute worst customer service. One time he flat out told my parents to their face and someone else on the phone that can’t afford to shop their and they should go to Walmart instead. They were planning to spend thousands there but obviously didn’t after that incident. If you are appalled as I am you shouldn’t support his business.

If you are interested in 12x12 tile do not go. He tried really pushing linoleum tile and when I said I was looking for 12x12 he told me he didn't have any. He told me he usually works with the elderly and talked down to me the entire time like I knew nothing.
