Nuvo eye is an excellent place to get an eye appointment and chose new eye wear. All the staff are well trained and extremely courteous. I will never go to another eye company again.

Problems both time I've been there.November 2019 - They quoted me for a black Friday price only to return the next day which I was told the promotion ended and they could not honour price.December 2022 - I had to book an appointment to get my son's lenses cut. Dropped off glasses and they called to ask a question. Called right back to let them know to proceed with glasses.Drop by 1hr later, waited 10 minutes...had to leave, left and came back 20 minutes later to be told they didn't do the glasses because the message didn't get to their department. The place was about to close so I left with no glasses.Do yourself a favor, buy online or somewhere else for better service and price.

Very disappointed in the lie the Nuvo office is spreading to their clients that Dr Marcos is retired just to keep the clients for themselves. He is not retired but has left this group and now practices at Vezina Optical on St.Joseph Blvd in Orléans. I will be moving all my business from Nuvo. I am moving all my family to Vezina so we can follow the good Dr Marcos' excellent service he has always provided us. Shame on the Nuvo clinic for spreading those lies.

Booked the $170 eye exam. When I said it seemed expensive for 'read the chart' and 'which is better? 1 or 2', I was told they only do comprehensive exams. All I wanted was glasses since I destroyed my only pair earlier today.The staff was very professional when I cancelled my exam to go elsewhere.

We saw Greg today at the Orleans location. I wanted to give him a shout out for his knowledge and professionalism. He went above and beyond serving me today!

I want to give them five stars but they are incredibly hard to reach. It takes days at times to get a call back and when receiving treatment from one of their optometrist’s, this could prove harmful.

I recently took my kids here for their annual eye test . The staff is super friendly , polite and welcoming . The doctor that saw my kids was so nice and knowledgeable. Nuvo is clean, modern and bright with some of the latest and greatest testing equipment. They have a wide selection of frames including the popular name brands. For all of this I give Nuvo a 10+ . They however fail in 2 areas . My daughter wants contacts lenses and the only time Nuvo books this appt is once a week on a Tuesday between 9-2. and two appts are required. This means my wife or myself have to miss time from work. I don’t mind this one , it’s not convenient but I’m sure there’s a good reason. The one I can’t accept is they don’t open on weekends. I’m told no one wants to work on the weekend. For a retail store not to cater to weekend customers just isn’t acceptable, especially since it’s back to school in 1 month. Hence the 3 star rating. I would love to give them 5 stars ( as they deserve it) but not until they correct these issues. At least open on the weeks ends.

Our family has been going to NUVO for almost ten years and we have nothing but positive, friendly and professional service from the staff and physicians.This week our son’s glasses got broken beyond repair (the first time we didn’t buy back ups as they are rarely used!). When I called to order a replacement pair I was connected with Rhonda who went above and beyond to ensure a replacement pair was available ASAP. I was told that his frame was discontinued but she assured me should would find a solution that my son would be happy with. She managed to track down a new frame, same style and colour with a minor difference on the inside of the arms. She also managed to get his custom order lenses in and etched in house within 36hrs! She managed the whole issue with care, concern and kept me in the loop with updates until we picked up the new glasses.I can honestly say that I always leave NUVO a happy customer but I was blown away by Rhonda’s commitment to client service excellence.I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
