Hi everyone, well I went in to find some warm hiking pants and I found a pair I liked, and I but they were way too pricey for me but the guy said just a minute, these ones were on sale I believe so he went and checked and they were on for half price, woohoo got a great deal, and I've been back there before and I'll definitely go back again, they've got some really nice stuff. You won't be disappointed definitely Recommending this place.

The products are affordable and are a decent quality! Normally we have a great shopping experience in this store but tonight two of the girls working (a blonde and brunette) were quite rude. No friendly greeting, no can I help you out with anything?"

Great products at great prices. I've been very pleased with my jacket that i purchased from the Calgary store last year. Came in to look at jackets for my son recently and they had some really fantastic sales on.

sales price of 25% off as tagged not honored and when I supposedly got a refund they charged the refundable amt instead and did not reverse to credit the refund - Poor mgmt - offered me 10.00 off next online order for 3 errors on 1 transaction.

The store was packed with decent gear at deeply discounted prices. The staff wasn't super helpful but that is only because they were too busy. Only two of them wasn't enough but I was able to help myself as they were busy with others that needed the assistance more.

I just had the worst customer service here! They are not very polite at all. A lady who's name began with A was being very loud and angry when I asked her for a different colour in a rain suit. Even the lady being served at the cash register came up to me and said that she was very rude and I should make a complaint. After I decided what I wanted she got angry and told me to line up in the right place like a little child. I won't be going back there again!

First time to this store on a friend's recommendation. Wife and I both needed rain gear and we found lined jackets that fit very well on sale. Seems to be very well made but even better when we got to the till they were even further reduced. Extremely pleased and the staff were fantastic as well.
