when shopping there I had a great experience with one of the employees. I believe his name was Kareem. he was very helpful when looking for a specific scent. But horrible customer service when there supervisor had helped" me figure out the price on one of the wall flower plugs. I was given dirty looks and felt like i was not being respected as a human being."

Friendly staff, clean store--mobility walker friendly! Finally a bath and body works I can walk around and not bump into displays! Huge win!

The staff was Very unhelpful as they always seemed to be talking with each other. They apologized after but it already made a bad impression. The smell in the store was SUPER STRONG. Most locations have a small scent but this location was small and very unbearable. They don't seem to get as many discounts as other locations as well, would reccomend another location such as Square One.

The help I was given by MANAGEMENT" was truly unprofessional the lady that was short

Went to shop at this location..horrible staff...my spouse was waiting outside with my 4 year who ran inside the store...my spouse tried to go after her and they stopped her saying you cannot go out of line..where is common sense these days???? Have you seen a parent being stopped outside and kid inside..who will be responsible if she got lost or broke some thing?? On asking they stated a policy that no one can enter outside a queue..I have never come across such a policy in a store ever..this led to hige scuffle because of their stupiditu that other person thought we are trying to break line..this store staff and manager not only has lack of common sense but utter lack of empathy...

It's a good place to buy your toiletries/scents in bulk during their semi-annual and annual sales. Good quality products at reasonable prices.

Love this store. I'm obsessed with their lotions and shower gels. They make your skin so soft and smell so good. I buy every year for Christmas gifts for people..... and maybe something small for myself
