Photography is an art! If you want professionally taken passport photos (for any country) I suggest CAA rather than this or certain other places in Thunder Bay. If you're a CAA member, you get one set of passport photos for free every year. The shops I tried in town (including this one) were all unprofessional and totally indifferent to aesthetics!

Stopped by for a photo and the young man that was behind the counter was an amazing associate. He made my experience simple and easy. Will recommend this business to any and all my friends simply because of the excellent customer service I received

Rates r too high... if u tell him that this photo is for any other usage he will charge u more.. just think 23$ for 2 passport 2x2 photo..!! Is it worth.?? Go to walmart or any other store and get picture done..

I have been here many times for myself and my children and the service is always quick, the employee is friendly and laid back and lets you see the pic first and agree to it before he prints the photo. Price was $20 incl. tax. I won't go anywhere else. And the passport office is right upstairs from the photo place so win win.

Place was easy to find, got my pictures done in no time at all, they turned out great and best part no hassle whatsoever. The employee I believe Patrick, he was very professional and straight forward. Great place to get a picture done quick.

every other place to get passport photos sucks. this is the only place that does it right. super fast, super super friendly and helpful, plus the photographer with the long hair is super hot.

Amazing service. Very professional. There was something thing wrong when I try to upload the picture to the ambassy app, but they helped me to fix it. Very patient.
