I was truly impressed with how clean and bright the store was. The displays in Produce were inviting and colourful. I found some good deals in produce and more in the meat department. I haven't been in the store for years, but I will be putting it on my regular stops list now. I also was happy to find they had an electric cart to shop with.

Maybe it's me coming from a smaller town but moving here from Golden, BC the customer service between the Sobeys in Golden and the Sobeys in Olds is night and day difference, and not in a good way.I was in 2 days before the end of a Strip Loin sale and the meat manager told me that he was out but that he had 5 cases in the next day, good thing I called before I drove back in the 50km today because they didn't show up on the truck"When I was in the first time I asked a worker if they had any substitutes for the strip loin sale since they didn't have it in stock days before the end of the sale and the worker said "we have these pork chops"At the Sobeys where I used to shop I am used to them ordering in enough meat for a good sale

I shop at this store a lot and l commend the management there very friendly. I will miss the amazing staff member Paige as she has left and moved on. I will always remember what a hard working friendly person she was.

Staff are very friendly. They do need a self checkout lane foe those who only have a couple of items. Lineups did go fast but possibly stop the long lineups. Clean store and good selection of fresh items which was why I went in. Prices are a bit higher but better quality

The store is a bit crowded in the aisles. I just don't understand why grocery stores put out extra displays that jut into the aisle. It makes it harder to navigate through the store and creates bottleneck annoyances. This alone is the reason for taking away one star.Their bakery and deli are superb!! And the fresh fruit and veg are well above average too. The staff in these areas have always been friendly and helpful.The floral area is way too tiny and always over crowded with products such that you have to leave your cart simply to get in there.Prices are a bit higher than most other grocery stores but the service is better and as I mentioned their special departments are the best by far.

The motel offers rooms with kitchen stove microwave table chair TV pleasant staff their to help with any problems you require I would recommend staying there rates are fair
