Versatile Renovations

Excellent to deal with and small enough to be responsive and vested in the quality of work, yet big enough to handle our bathroom renovation using an experienced trades person that knows what he’s doing. They had very good connections to product suppliers. Were willing to provide good advice when it came to details we were not sure of what would look best in our situation. Would use them again.

Versatile completed the total renovations of three bathrooms and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We appreciated Herb’s experience and knowledge, as this was our first major renovation. He provided valuable feedback and advice to our numerous questions and explains decisions. He wants the customer to be happy and works with you to resolve anything, as he “doesn’t want it to bug you every time you look at it for the next 20 years.”We wanted a spa-feel to our ensuite and that what’s we got. Herb was meticulous with laying our floor and shower tiles, ensuring everything was completely flat on the uneven floor and walls and that water would not collect anywhere in the shower, including 2 niches and a corner shelf. He was amenable to extra work that was added on, such as the pony wall. Herb and his crew checked-in before proceeding with decisions like direction of tiles, towels bars, etc.The team arrived on time daily and the project was completed in less time than projected. They were tidy, laying down tarps when they arrived and vacuuming before they left. The cost was competitive and you are guaranteed quality workmanship and integrity. I highly recommend Versatile to do your renovations.

He provided us with excellent service, and did not up sell us for things we do not need. Joey was also great, knowledgeable and very professional. Reliance automatically wanted to sell us new furnace when all we really needed was a good service and a new thermostat. We have dealt with Herb from Versatile for over 10 years on any required plumbing/furnace issues. He has always provided us with excellent and honest service.
