Manisha's behavior at LCBO was completely unacceptable. She displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. She was rude and dismissive towards customers, ignoring their requests and providing incorrect information. Her attitude created a negative atmosphere and left a lasting negative impression on everyone she interacted with. Her behavior reflects poorly on the LCBO and should not be tolerated.

Manisha's repeated rude behavior at LCBO is deeply disappointing. Despite this being the third occurrence, her dismissive attitude and lack of respect persist. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism in a customer-facing role. LCBO should take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with the respect they deserve. Improving customer service is essential to maintaining a positive shopping experience at the store.

Whoever they've got sourcing the booze here deserves a medal or something. They're absolutely killing it at obtaining and selling hard to find bottles. 10/10 work.

Clean, tidy and seem to be following Covid protocols. I didn't have to line up and was able to walk right in. That may not be the case during a weekend. There are partitions at every register and everyone was wearing a mask. Staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. It's a bright sunny location at a main intersection...easy to find, close to groceries, fast food, Dollarama etc. Good size location with a great variety of things to choose from...wine, liqueurs, beers, coolers, cocktails. Everything seemed very well stocked. Sections are marked by type of alcohol. They carry everything from miniature bottles of alcohol to 6 packs to cases. There's a good size cooler section with a great selection of beer, coolers, ciders, cocktails etc. Great if you need them asap. They also have a selection of reusable shopping bags, bottle bags, gift bags, cooler bags, wooden gift boxes you can purchase as well. There are free copies of Food & Drink" magazine with info

Went in looking for cooking sake and not knowing where to find it, I was directed to the section and presented with many choices. After a quick google search I found exactly what I needed and checked out after I thanked the lady for here help. She asked in curiosity what I would use it for and told her I was making sukiyaki she didn't know what that was I explained and she now wants to try it

I had an arm problem and I allowed my brother to hold my drink for me. When we got to the counter, they refuse to allow me to buy the drink because they think my brother who is 24 years is a minor and I am 31 years they still didn’t allow me to buy the Smirnoff just because my brother touched it. He touched it because I have a broken arms. Meaning a disabled person can’t buy from them. This is pathetic and annoying. I wish I could give 0/10.Discrimination at it best
