I cannot reccomend this store enough. I had been searching for a specific smart watch for a week and I just couldn't find it, sold out everywhere. I called this store and from the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional, which is very hard to come by these days. The manager Maria was very thorough and kind, explaining to me what they had in stock similar to what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and answered all my questions. This watch was a 40th birthday gift to myself and thanks to her, I'll be getting the one gift I wanted. Thanks Maria for your incredible generosity and great service. I'll definitely be back.

We have chosen a bag in the store, and the employee went to bring it from the backstore. It was wrapped up and cant see the bag unless you unwrapp it. So, We paid we went home (200km away) only yo realize he didnt give us the right model, the one we chose. I've been trying to call the store since then but nobody answere

Honestly, I find they don't have much new tock for a great price. I stopped by, as should you, in hopes of finding something you like. I I'd the turn and didn't find anything worth my money. Good Luck!

Outlet? Really?? Prices are outrageous . Only a few years ago we could pay $350, and get 3 handbags, now you're lucky if you get anything under $200I found the staff a bit arrogant, like I was bothering them when I asked for pricing

Bag scanned $230 over the displayed priced and they decide at the cash how much rebate you will get according on how they feel.Really disappointed about how the employees represent the brand.Better service at coach next door.
