Brimley X-Ray , Ultrasound , BMD & Cardiology

I have brought my parents and grandparents to this clinic and they have helped me when I needed it most over the last Decade. The staff and customer service is exceptional with quick contact periods and very friendly staff who put the clients best interest first. I would highly recommend for anyone to visit this clinic for X-Ray, Ultrasound, Cardiology and other medical consulting's. They have a couple of branches which also include walk in clinics, its truly the one stop shop!

I called this office on a whim one Saturday morning to book an appointment for an ultrasound because my usual office cancelled on me. The receptionist was really kind and was able to book me in the same day. The technician who performed my pelvic ultrasound was Selena and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, attentive and reassuring. I felt so comfortable during my appointment. I’ve had a few ultrasounds recently and have not experienced such great care, like I did from Selena. What a sweet woman.I know there’s a negative review pointing out the aesthetic of the office. Don’t let that deter you. The service is excellent, the office is CLEAN and that’s all that should matter. I’ll definitely be back to see Selena. Thank you for providing me with a great experience!

This clinic is amazing! The staff here are so kind and caring, they made me feel comfortable the moment I stepped in. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone as they are very professional and timely. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job!

I went to this location on 19th Saturday morning for my x-ray .The technologist was very helpful ,professional and knows job well. clinic was very clean and receptionist was ready to answer all my questions.Excellent service .keep up good work.

Wow I’m never going to this location again. I should have trusted the reviews but I went here because of convenience. Complete lack of professionalism, bedside manner and overall common sense.I had an ultrasound appointment booked, my doctor had faxed the requisition ahead of time including all relevant instructions.The female technician calls me in and right away she’s completely unprofessional. Asking if I’m a virgin right by the waiting area. She gave me a form to sign asking if I will let her do a much more invasive exam. Clearly confused I told her to do the exam as instructed on the requisition form which was IN HER HAND. She continuously tried to get me to do the other exam, which made me very uncomfortable and frankly suspicious.I had to take the form and point to PELVIC ultrasound. Finally we go in the room, she does the exam and leaves me laying there afterwards to clean the goop off myself. Once finished, I barely had my pants back on and this woman opens the door and walks out.Completely unacceptable.

Place is very good and not busy. Better than many other places

After a very unprofessional ultrasound at this network's other location, I tried this location in hope I could receive competent and compassionate care; my experience with this location was just as inappropriate. I have a disability that requires me to have a support person in the room for the invasive exam I needed to get, the technician dismissively repeated to me over and over that they do not allow support persons in this clinic, despite there literally being a sign inside the exam room that there are chaperones available upon request." The technician told me that the only disabilities that need help are physical -- as long as I can physically get myself up on the table

This was the first time I had been to this clinic and it will be my last.I had a breast ultrasound done on November 18.The only positive thing was the technician that did the exam was very gentle that said I did not appreciate or expect two people to be in the room with me when it was being done I felt like a Guinea pig.  I am assuming that the technician was teaching her coworker how to use the equipment I don't know because they didn't tell me why she was also in the examination room.During the ultrasound they were pointing at the monitor and when I asked them what they were looking at I got no reply they just chose to speak to each other in their own language not only is this very rude it is very upsetting and stressful for the person undergoing the test.There was a note on the wall stating they don't divulge test results that's all well and good but not professional to have a conversation the entire time while the patient is still in the room undergoing the examination. How would they feel if that was done to them?I had to ask how long the results would take to be sent to the family doctor.My sister in law had a breast ultrasound done last week in Newmarket and they gave her the results immediately.Because of their back and forth conversation I agonized for 5 nights with no sleep all the while wondering what they were looking at and talking about.Luckily I was able to book a doctor's appointment today with my family doctor and was told that my results were fine no issues.This is a horrible way to treat anyone especially when it is a breast exam I wonder if they would like to be treated in the same unprofessional manner.

They were prompt and efficient. I will definitely go there next time I need to.
