Wow where to start! I came in yesterday to see Fiona for a fill and she definitely did not disappoint whatsoever. Generally I ask for coffin shaped nails when I come in for my appointment, however most of the time they end up rather squareish which doesn't do the biggest favours for my rather slim fingers. Fiona, however, gave me the perfect shape and length, continuously asking if I liked the look and working on them until she got them to my exact preference. Additionally, the art she does with nails is absolutely nonparallel to any other nail artist, I went for some more neutral nails this time around (however she did add some chrome which definitely jazzed the look up) but I'll attach some other work she's done on me in the past to show off her skills more thoroughly. She's also just extremely sweet and catching up with her and sharing a few laughs throughout my appointment is always a blast! The nail place itself is beautifully decorated and very clean (white is not the most forgiving colour after all) and everyone I chatted with was very friendly which made the environment not only very professional but also very comfortable (way better than the last nail place I went to may I add). Thanks for the nails ladies! I'll see you in a couple of weeks for a fill and maybe a well overdo pedicure!! :)

Very friendly and polite staff, greeted us as we walked in, with in minutes we were sat down and pedicures started. Will definitely go back.

I was very happy with how they looked, they re-created exactly the same design I showed them. For the other side, I was trying to talk to my nail tech while the other person (the other nail tech) was talking on the phone the whole time, being louder than us .. which I found uncomfortable, to be honest. The nails are very thin and couple days after I went, one of my nails broke. This happened the two times I was there. Kind of disappointing, considering the price I paid.

UPDATE. Lately I have been unhappy with the results. I get put with whoever is free and the gentleman I get hurt me 3 times with the grinder and with in a week my nails were chipping the acrylic is separating from my nail, is rough. I have been told also No to some things I have asked mostly cuz they don't like it. Should be my pick, I am the client. I will not go back. There are many cheaper and better quality places around willing to talk to you and make it a spa or salon feel, not a dictated assembly line.BEFORE Super happy with my nails everytime I go. Very clean and the staff works fast and makes sure you are happy through the process. My girls go to and love getting the shellac manicure.

For the same service, I was charged different prices gor two different visits. When i asked why I was charged more the second time, she said from next time if you decide to come, this is what you will have to pay. Not very transparent when it comes to prices.

I have been going here for the last few months and overall have been very happy with my nails and the service I receive. To me, their prices are reasonable. I get compliments on my nails all the time.

The staff was rude and unwelcoming from the start. Made me wait 20 minutes past my booked appointment time and talked on the phone throughout. When I showed them a photo of what I wanted they said they can do it and halfway in informed me they don't have the right colours or tools for the job. It was a simple offwhite nail with a spider design. Instead, I got sterling white nails (what I told them I absolutely DO NOT want), that were all different shapes and sizes. She had to redo my thumbs after I pointed out how short they were when I asked for long nails. My nails are way shorter than what I asked for, different shapes and sizes, wayyyy too thin and don't have structure, not the colour or design I asked for and just overall a mess. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Owner is extremely rude. I am really concerned why she is not paying attention to bad reviews she is getting from customers. Seems like she is like who cares! The nail tech seemed to be fine but owner oh my she has some serious mood problems. I went few weeks back and couldn’t close the door as somehow it was automatic .. she rudely said leave it it will close at its own infront of all ladies. Very embarrassing . If you want to be insulted please go to this place

Pedicure was done well, and wasn't upset with that service. I did ask to get my acrylic set removed and multiple times the technician tried to upsell me which I turned down. Ultimately I was still charged for a full manicure instead of what I asked for / received. Would not recommend, there is very poor communication from the staff.

I went last year and they were friendly, courteous and quick. I've been there 5 times in the last few months for refills and a pedicure because of their distance to my home but I'd now rather drive the extra 5 minutes to another place because the owner + staff are quite rude.I was hoping it was just a bad day or a one off experience, which is why I kept going back, but Kelly doesn't take the time to speak to customers professionally and can make it seem like she's doing you a favour for a paid service.The staff reflects the same level of service - while getting a pedicure I was asked regarding my colour choice 4 times by 2 different individuals and when it came time to apply the colour, the technician came back and said they didn't have it in stock. I made a suggestion of using 2 different polishes (it was a red glitter, so red + glitter polish) and instead of giving me other alternatives she kept shutting down my choices, talking down on them and asking me to pick another colour again.Really poor customer service and overall the experiences are only getting worse here. Would not recommend.
