Dr Nicolucci is genuinely nice, caring and has the innate ability to put his patients at ease. I was very concerned about my procedure, but Dr Nicolucci walked me through the process and helped me to feel comfortable. He takes the time to answer questions, listens to concerns and is very respectfully. The staff over all is also very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the office is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this practice to other people.

This place is amazing. Welcoming staff. Super friendly. Modern facilities. Very nicely decorated and clean interior. Young professionals who are very good at their job. Probably the best dental experience I've ever had. I felt very comfortable.

Remarkable service from secretary, Dr.'s assistants, to the Dr. himself. It felt as if you were a special patient from the moment you entered the office to the point of exiting. (staff member opened the door for me) Cleanliness impeccable. Very accommodating to my special needs. I must admit that I usually walk out of a physicians with something negative to say but there was absolutely nothing negative here. Keep up the great work.

I started out with an infected tooth. I went to my dentist who did an exam and decided that it had to be removed. Due to wanting an implant in the future, my dentist recommended me to Dr nicolucci's office.I was standing beside the receptionist as she called their office to book me in for an extraction and bone graft. When I called a few days ahead to confirm my extraction the receptionist let me know that it was only a consultation and they couldn't confirm any extraction.I asked to speak with the doctor but was not allowed to. I was only allowed to speak to him at the consultation. Unfortunately, because I work for a living I was not able to take another week off in case he was not able to do the work we discussed to have done.I wish there was better communication between patient and Doctor instead of patient and receptionist who is not allowed to give any information.The reviews for Dr nicolucci are wonderful. I hope in the future he decides to talk to his patients if they have any questions

Dr Nicolucci had a scheduled appointment with me at my dental office. A follow up was scheduled for a cleaning session and surgery consultation at his office which was a 45 minute drive for me.I attended the appointment and phoned once i arrived as requested. The receptionist answered hello" and I thought I had the wrong number. I was let in by a receptionist who asked Covid questions and allowed access.I sat waiting 27 minutes

Today I had a complicated extraction and a bone graph. Dr. Fleming was fantastic! He knew I was nervous and put me at ease immediately. From beginning to end the procedure was only 40 minutes. The procedure was painless. Huge thanks to Dr. Fleming and his team. I highly recommend!

I am totally speechless. I scheduled a visit with Dr N to look at my mothers gums and implants. She had her implants put in by a Dr in Kitchener, wont mention names but his office is on Frederick. That Dr on Frederick St had done a horrible job. Dr N gave us some great advice, made a referral and because what we needed was not his specialty he didn’t charge us the fee for the consultation. I am speechless, and amazed by his expertise, professionalism and generosity. What an amazing person

Went to get a cracked tooth pulled. The Doctor and his assistant could not have been nicer. I was very nervous. They put a blanket on me. Nothing hurt! It was over before I knew it! One day later and no pain at all! They even gave me a pretty flower when I was leaving. Could not have been better… very professional…

I went to see Dr Nicolucci for dental implants simply because my family dentist wasn’t able to do the procedure with any success. Dr Nicolucci and his assistance did a fabulous job and now I have dental implants. I strongly recommend this place for dental implants.Carey Shantz
