Top notch Facility. I have spent plenty of time in this residence dealing with both staff and residents. All staff is extremely helpful and courteous, and all the residents I have met and dealt with couldn't be happier.With everything anyone could need all under one roof, I would recommend this retirement residence to anyone who asks.

My mom has been a resident at Chartwell Royalcliffe for the past 4 years and I cannot begin to express my full appreciation for Sarah and the entire team. I am so grateful my mom and I chose Chartwell as her residence.Prior to my mom moving in, I was extremely concerned for her safety and overall health living alone. Thankfully, she was able to secure a beautiful 1 bed +den unit prior to the pandemic. She is able to maintain her own independence, and as she ages, services are being adjusted to suit her own needs. My mom has managed to improve her overall health through a healthy diet, regular routine within a very friendly, safe and social environment.The staff at Royalcliffe are what makes this residence 5 stars. The PSWs are above and beyond caring, thoughtful, skilled and extremely patient! They know my mom's routines, her health challenges/changes and her overall likes and dislikes. The building is well maintained and provides residences with numerous high end amenities and social activities to chose from. The event calendar meets the needs of every interest, including group outings, live entertainment, pop-up shopping, and holiday themed events. The meals are plentiful, healthy, carefully planned and can accommodate dietary needs with optional selections.Any concerns I've had over the years about my mom's overall health or needs, were addressed immediately and personally by the General Manager, Sarah Eisenbraun. It is evident she is so proud of the team. She is consistent with her internal communication, and passes information onto families promptly. Even when I am most nervous to discuss what the future holds for our aging loved ones, Sarah always takes the time to make me feel at ease by providing a professional and caring perspective.The pandemic was a great challenge, and I am so pleased with how safely the entire staff maintained public health direction and kept the residences' spirits up for so long. I'd be happy to provide a reference to any families considering this retirement residence.

My mother celebrated her 90th birthday with an open house luncheon" and our family and extended family members had an awesome day! The food was attractively served and enjoyed by all. The staff made sure everything was in place and regularly checked on us to see if there was anything we needed. A huge thank-you to Christina Klemos for helping us organize the day to make sure that Mom would have a truly wonderful celebration!"

Fabulous in every way. Sarah, Tom and the team never cease to amaze me. Most warm inviting environment you could ever ask for. Always clean, cheerful staff, fantastic food. I’d give six out of five stars if I could! Consistently the best in the city!

I had the pleasure of walking into this beautifulFacility every month for the past six years. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this facility, from the general manager Sarah Eisenbraun to the housekeeping and kitchen staff everyone does there part to ensure the safety and happiness of their residences. I worked closely with Chris Klemos (dietary manager) and Tom Dabassis (Enviromental services manager) and I can confidently say I would be happy to have my parents live here under their care. Navigating their way through this past year could not have been easy, with that said they seemed to do it with confidence and clarity.Thank you for all that you do to my friends at Chartwell royalcliffe!

My sister and I have been looking at potential future retirement homes for our father which is a very sensitive topic. We wanted to view a few select homes and the Royalcliffe was one of them. It appeared online to be a clean and well kept facility and did not disappoint in person. The sales team was wonderful to speak with and was happy to give us a tour of the facility and all of the amenities. We were provided with literature and current costs to help us while comparing other similar facilities. We were contacted about a week later to see if we had any questions and to assure us that when the timing is right, they would be happy to provide us another tour with our father. No pressure, just genuine caring which was very much appreciated. Thank you to the sales team for your kindness and professionalism.

I currently live here at Royalcliffe. I moved in during the pandemic (in Sept. 2020) and while we were quarantined much of that fall, the staff were great to keep us entertained by bringing us coffee and muffins in te morning and sometimes we had bar service in the afternoons!I got involved in a number of Zoom calls with my Toastmasters, my Church and the Parkinson's society which I still participate in, so I don't take part in many of the events here.My family are glad that I am here were there s help available if I need it.

I have been the hairdresser at the Chartwell Royalcliffe for almost 3 years. I can't say enough good things about this home. The staff are great and the residents are amazing. I truly love my job and being in this home everyday.

My parents moved into Chartwell Royalcliffe Retirement Residence in December of 2016 but unfortunately had to move out after one year due to our moms declining health with dementia, it was a very difficult year for our family and especially our father but i cannot say enough about the amazing staff at Chartwell and the care they both received during this time, from the moment of my first phone call to view the rooms to the day of the move everyone was exceptional, it really helped the family to know they were taken care of and a huge thank you to all the staff that went above and beyond to sit with my father during his sad times to give him some comfort and company. As a family we were all extremely pleased with the room they stayed in, it was very homey and made visiting a pleasure, the building is also always well taken care of and they offer amazing activities every day to enjoy. Moving out was a difficult decision however i would not hesitate to recommend Chartwell Royalcliffe.

Royalcliffe is a beautiful senior residence and kept in great condition. The rooms are very spacious having full kitchens and 1,1.5 or 2 bedroom options. The site is well equipped, pool, library, games room with pool tables, etc. movie theatre…..always activities going on or musical venues to keep everyone busy. They schedule many bus tours for shopping or to see theatre venues. The food options are also good and residents get choices.My mother lived here for 5 years and enjoyed the place but most importantly the people. The staff all take great pride in keeping the residents busy and happy. Sarah E and her team did a fantastic job!!!! Thank you to all.
