Great service and good quality tent

Ordered a product and got charged. Soon after the website disappeared and the phone number was disconnected. They have not contacted me through email or Facebook messenger when I attempted to reach out to them. This company may be a scam so use caution if you decide to order from them.

I have a problem with the shipping and duty. I call 3 time and no call back.

When I contacted them before ordering, response was quick and answered all my questions. But after ordering from their website, I still haven't received my shipment ordered since May 18th, 2020. When I contacted them in regards to tracking numbers, the receptionist did not have any information. I sent an email regarding the issue as instructed by the receptionist and still they did not get back to me. I have no idea what else to do. I understand due to Covid-19 businesses are having issues but updating clients about their shipment as a courtesy is also part of customer service. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. One of the worst companies.

Great quality tents with low pricing. I got free shipping on my order which was awesome. Everything you need comes in the kits, all I had to do was buy the seeds!

I ordered and item on June 26, I live only 4 hours away on their website showed it was available in store. I've been in contact numerous times the women on the phone never has any information and always says she will take number down and the gentleman with all the information will get in contact today is July 13th. Almost a month later no product and no call from this so called gentleman. Asked to have my item cancelled and still hasn't cancelled. Terrible business hopefully they return my money since I didn't receive my item and I'll never do business with them again by far the worst experience ever. Don't order anything from them.

if i could give them zero stars i willplace a order 3 month ago only have half of it never got the other half call them over 5 time to get a refund they said they will take my number and call me back but never calling me in 2 month strait call the customer support they dont want let me talk and explain my situation i feel like im getting stoleso now im 350$ missing with noting i can do about it!
