Pemberton Holmes Property Management

We rented a property for 2 years managed by Miranda Worthy of Pemberton Holmes Property Management. We found Miranda to be very professional, helpful, and competent in managing the property. She resolved any outstanding issues, and her patient demeaner made it a pleasure to interact with her. In my opinion, she is a gem in the Pemberton Holmes community.

As a REALTOR® I've worked many times with Miranda from Pemberton Holmes Property Management together on selling tenanted properties and with owners trying to weigh renting versus selling. I've also recommend Miranda to a number of my clients looking to rent their properties with great success. Miranda has always been a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to problems solve. Great communicator too which is very important in the property management field.

I have rented all of my adult life and Pemberton Holmes was the best property management company I've ever worked with. I had Miranda Worthy and later Rachel Richardson as my property managers and both were really attentive. Whenever something was broken it was quickly fixed or replaced. Rachel was very fair during our walk out inspection and, after following the detailed instructions for a move out clean, our full damage deposit was returned. I will be contacting them if we move back to Victoria!

I am not a client of Pemberton Holmes but spoke to Christina Holt with regard to a time-sensitive tenant matter. Even though I was not a client of Pemberton Holmes, Christina still took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the options available to me. Christina was generous with her advice, and her knowledge and experience were abundantly clear. Based on my customer experience with Christina, when I require a property manager in the future, my first choice will be Pemberton Holmes. Christina was extraordinarily helpful.

Every time I have required assistance Damion has been right on it and able to help! If there needs to be a wait time he lets you know right up front - which is a sign of a good leader.Mara has always been there for me with information I may have requested - mostly though I never entered another building during Covid that took the precautions to keep us safe as those Pemberton Holmes initiated . Mara is always responsive, friendly and professional, she ensures any issues are resolved as quick as possible and efficiently. Damion, the caretaker is dedicated to maintain the property to a high standard, ensuring a positive renting experience for us.The building is well run and maintained thanks to them.

I've had such a great experience with Pemberton Holmes so far. My application and email was received with the most empathy I've ever experienced in my time here. The property manager Mara is fantastic. I was able to get an apartment in a great neighborhood with a quiet community. The staff from receptionist to financial experts really assisted me to get settled in and to get my payments organized. Unfortunately the tenants before weren't clean and I had some work to do, but I'm happy considering Pemberton Holmes got me a lovely place to live.

My experience with Pemberton Holmes has been excellent. The senior manager Mara was very prompt with her response when we were searching for the rental property. The caretaker manager of the building has been friendly and available as needed. I would highly recommend Pemberton Holmes.

After having just moved to the island from the interior 7 months ago, I can say I am overjoyed with my location and suite. Our building manager Cathy is a delight, she's very kind, patient and welcoming with everyone in the building. So, looking forward to the next 7 months here and beyond in my new home.
