I emailed my first appointment request and was booked in and seen in less than 24 hours. Cristina is efficient and dedicated to high quality customer service. She is a even sweeter in person! Bijoy is very knowledgeable and explains everything you need to know in clear and easy to understand language. He makes you feel very comfortable and inspires trust. I'm thrilled with the service I've received so far and will continue to come back! I highly recommend this clinic!!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The staff is very friendly. Christina delivers exceptional customer service. She is cheerful and personable. Bijoy is very knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel very comfortable. The treatment plan that he created for me was very successful in helping to alleviate my pain. Both Bijoy and Teresa give wonderful massages. I always felt better after the treatments. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Being a truck driver sitting long hours I have a very bad lower back pain. Currently undergoing physiotherapy sessions with Mr. Bijoy and I got a great relief from pain after the first session itself. He knows what he's doing and he tries to accommodate in his busy schedules - no attitude stuffs going on here. The front office staffs are good to deal with as well. I wish these guys all the very best!

I’ve been to many physiotherapists for many different things, I can say that no one gave me the attention and care that Bijoy did. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to work with you and your injury. I had a pinched nerve in my back and could hardly walk and by my second session a lot of the pain was gone. A big thanks to Bijoy and his team. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a well educated and respectful physiotherapist!

Such a great clinic! Staff was amazing and made sure I was well taken care of. My massage therapist Melissa knew exactly what issues I had with my neck and back pain and gave me great tips to help with the pain in between my visits. Theresa helped a lot with my knee pain from a soccer injury. Overall had an amazing experience would definitely recommend to pay them a visit! Clinic manager was also very welcoming and super nice! Can’t wait for my treatment again!

I have been attending Bramalea Physiotherapy for almost over a month now. I am always greeted with a heart warming welcome by Cristina, the receptionist. She always makes sure I have all my appointments scheduled ahead of time. Bijoy is absolutely amazing Physiotherapist. I have increased mobility and lessen my pain level. Their exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion is awesome. I appreciate their best interest in helping me regaining the quality of life and health. xoxo
