I am extremely frustrated right now. If it were possible, I would give the pharmacy a zero rating. I had my prescription on my email and my doctor sent them a copy, but they insisted that no prescription was faxed to them. Despite my urgent need for the medication, they refused to help me. Fortunately, I was able to find another pharmacy nearby that was able to provide me with the medication. The entire staff at the pharmacy were speaking their own language and were extremely rude to me. Other customers were also waiting for an hour and a half for their prescriptions. Regardless of the situation, the pharmacy should have found a solution, especially when I explained the importance of the medication for me to take today.

I was just here to drop off my resume at beauty boutique, and I also needed a concealer so I paid for it and then I told the lady if you are hiring, and I ended up dropping my resume there. When I was leaving she reached out to me and said are you going to pay for the concealer, I told her that I already did and showed her the receipt. I was shocked. What was that, she thought I was stealing!!!

I wish I could give a ZERO. This review is only reflective of the pharmacy and not the rest of the store which has always been fine. We have been filling prescriptions here for several years. Service was great for as long as I could remember but the last couple of years have been a joke. I understand that everyone has been under a lot of stress and that staffing has been an issue, but the attitude and service in general have been utterly ridiculous. The wait times for prescription filling is unbelievable and instead of ensuring that the customers feel valued, they are made to feel like a nuisance. I feel seen just reading the other reviews here and I can attest to their truth. The last few times my family has visited we have waited over an hour. Tonight, when I filled my prescription, the woman who helped" me looked annoyed yet again to serve a customer. When I gave her my script

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!!! This pharmacy needs an over haul! They need to fire everybody here and start over again. Absolutely horrible kind of people work here. They need to reported to the college of pharmacists. I’ve been waiting 4 days now for them to fill my daughters prescription and every time I call them, they tell me either they didn’t receive the fax or that they already sent a request?? My doctors office and I am so frustrated, we are never ever coming back here again. I’ve already transferred everything to a different pharmacy and I’ve already started a complaint form to get these people evaluated. This medication was urgently needed and it was something simple they’ve given my daughter a few times before but yet now it’s taking forever for them to get it this time and I’m the middle man in trying to get them to call the doctors office!!! Please don’t waste your time here, go somewhere where your time will not be wasted.

I give a 3 because I like the fact that they arw open till 12am and they deliver when your sick. But i have to say the people that answer the calls are very negative and rude sometimes. But also the fact ive come in multiple times to get my prescription and the person didn't put it through and I had to wait . You need someone answering phones only and leave the other stuff to the people who full them.

On Jun.27.2023, I purchased cosmetic product from different branch. However, upon getting home and examining the product more closely, I decided to return the unsealed product to obtain a replacement or refund as per store's return policy.To my disappointment, when I visited the store #897 (10620 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3C8) on Jun.28.2023 to return the product, the staff informed me that they could not process the return and advised me to return to the original store where the purchase was made. This response came as a surprise to me, as I have returned items at other Shopper Drug Mart branches in the past without any issues. When I was asking for written prove of that rule that doesn’t allows me return item NOT in the original store, the cashier that called herself Manager couldn’t prove that.I must emphasize that the inconvenience caused by this refusal is both unexpected and unjustifiable. It is unreasonable to expect customers to make an additional trip, particularly when the issue is not of their making. Moreover, as a large retail chain, I believe it is essential for Shopper Drug Mart to provide consistent and reliable customer service across all its locations.

if there was a way to give no point on google review I would give this place one. The prices are always wrong, they show different price on the shelf and scan different price, when you are home that's when you realize the cashier charge you different price. Seems like the store's way to make more money from people who are busy to return .I also found the lady at the beauty section with short bob is also rude and judgement , not helpful at all. I WOULD TOTALLY AVOID THIS PLACE

Seniors love Shoppers, the points card, the gift cards etc. It's not my first place to shop, but I do use pharmacy. I've always have good experience with the pharmacy staff, They are knowledgeable and patient. Overall I think the prices are a little above average. It's not a grocery store or a convenient store. It's branded under Drugs as the name suggest, but they sell a variety of products, including a small amount or groceries. Service is decent. The ladies in the cosmetic department always service my mother in law with their undivided attention and show lots of patience with her. The cashiers are great and service the seniors with patience also as lots of seniors shop there. I do appreciate that. Lots of free parking and opening hours are very convenient. I gave it a 3 star as it's expensive shopping there.

I was there today prior to open. It was 8:10 and still wasn’t open. Staff was still coming in when they were supposed to be opened. The lady with very long hair didnt say sorry for the delay or will be open soon. I will never come back to this shoppers id rather make the commute to another one.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I was told to wait for over 15 minutes with 2 kids, just because I needed a consultation for my 6 year old and I was not buying prescription drugs!! Everyone else was being served before me, while 3 staff kept telling me to wait!! We live in a world void of common courtesy. Shame!
