Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)

here they are, the women protectors, they automatically arrest an innocent retired man with no record or proof and with multiple witnesses saying otherwise because a crazy female with mental illness record lied and they just take her word as evidence. we are going to the news with our story.

I don't tend to right many reviews but wanted to make sure I left one for Grace at the Burnaby RCMP Front Counters department. I came in to get a record check. My last visit to this branch was to pick up belongings that belonged to my sister who had passed away. I was able to bring up to Grace through conversation how hard it was to make this trip to the RCMP and she helped me with a lot of empathy and was clear about the process.Thank you Grace for allowing me to feel safe to come to the RCMP again. I can't speak much for the officers I've worked with in the past, but it gives me a sense of security knowing there is good at the RCMP.

My initial visit to this RCMP office (front counter) was good. I was helped promptly and the person seemed informative. After processing, I was to wait until I get the result of my requisition in my mail. I was expecting the processing to be 3 weeks and 4 weeks at most. on Week 4, I started emailing RCMP and calling this office to check on its status. RADIO SILENCE from both, very unresponsive. It's a two start instead of one because at least my initial visit wasn't so bad.

Extremely happy & satisfied with the service I received from RCMP Burnaby.I went to their office (6355 Deer Lake Ave) on 29th Jan to resolve an issue related to my car. The staff at the front desk was kind enough to open a file for me and she took a note of everything. The police officer called me after an hour & the issue was resolved the next day.They are open on Saturdays & Sunday’s which was convenient for me.The officer called four times to give me an update/progress which was helpful.Suggestion: Their website and Google mentioned the office is open until 8 PM. But they close before 8 PM due to shortage of staff.Please edit/update the working hours in website.

While 3 stars is a little harsh since the reason I ended up getting what I wanted my trip ( simple documentation) I can't help but feel like my trip could've been better. For instance, the receptionist had a very uninspiring and somewhat aggravating tone throughout our conversation. I couldn't help but fear like she was somewhat intimidated throughout our conversation for some reason unbeknownst to me. Similarly, she spent more time than necessary and parking here is atrocious.

2018/9/19 excellent service! I went to RCMP to apply a criminal record check. I don't know the lady's name ( the first letter is C), but I really appreciate her kindness and patience.Thank you so much.

I will keep writing to you! No matter how much you monitor this site and not allow for freedom of speech!! Please be warned! We do not have protection no more! They do nothing for you! I called numerous times ! We have video recordings at a hotel I was threatened and assaulted ! And they did nothing! Absolutely nothing ve warned ⚠️ only you can save you! Our forces is not there for you ! They do not show up to help I tried numerous times! Nothing! Please be warned! We do not have public safety anymore!

I had an urgent criminal record check needs to be done immediately. Went to Burnaby RCMP, Cindy and Grace helped me. They are so nice. Cindy tried to make sure I was doing the correct one. Grace finished the check within 20 mins. Cannot appreciate more about their kindness and efficiency. Thanks again!!

I met this Police Officer Farhangiz ( Farrah) for 2-3 times. She is very humble,down to earth, friendly, very professional plus the main thing which made me to write this review is : HER ATTITUDE VERY SYMPATHETIC AND RESPECTFUL TOWARDS HOMELESS PEOPLE.I salute her.

It was bad when incident happened just before I called. But the follow up guy is nice and promise for more petrol on my area. Feel safer a little bit. Please keep up!! Good Job!
