I’ve worked here for 2.5 years, I’ve had nothing but work with them. If your willing to work hard and show up to work on time, then your great! Dedicated workers are considered most valuable. I showed that I was willing to work, never saying no to taking an extra shift, I earned my keep and everyone I’ve worked with from office staff to our labour crews ... were hell of a team !!

Probably Canada's WORST managed companies. Stay clear of working for these people as your health will be impacted. Nasty management that offers ZERO work -life balance. Degrading and demeaning to their staff.

Worst managed company I have ever worked for. No respect or regard for the employees they treat you like a number have you doing countless unsafe tasks endangering your own life and others. Not helpful when asking questions. Multiple times was told to slow down or just stand around to stretch the project their only focus is money. They may also let you go if you bring any safety concerns to their attention about the projects. Very hard to work up in the company as you will be moved crews constantly. I’ve been a foreman before and never have I seen a company so poorly ran.

They were as good to work with as any other company, like everybody else short-handed staff hard to get things going overall happy they paid weekly great and almost unheard of today. And they always kept me busy, it made me lead hand after 3 months they pay mid-range but they have a $2 an hour input into your pension fund which brings them up to par with most other companies I have no complaints I would go back and work for them again

This morning on June 26th at 7:15 a.m. your driver was northbound on Terwilliger Drive I was merging in already halfway in the lane and he refused to slow down and let me come in he actually sped up and then contacted my mirror on the driver side please note he is missing his passenger side mirror or its folded back his plate number is CFF 4739. Please teach your drivers to not be so aggressive and that according to Alberta Transportation rules merging is a shared responsibility. If you have any questions please contact me I have pictures to prove where your truck was at what time.
