Price was reasonable & Melissa helped work within our budget. She was knowledgeable, friendly, experienced & easy to work with. She answered all our emails in a timely manner and went through everything with us. The installer did a great job, was friendly and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy and excited about our new closet!

My townhouse was built without a lot of closet space. I reached out to Closet Envy with an idea that I had to build a wardrobe unit in my master bedroom.Closet Envy’s Chilise did an excellent job designing exactly what I wanted for the space in my bedroom. She took the time to understand the needs of the project. She was awesome to work with on this project and I highly recommend her.Brandon installed the wardrobe quickly and he did a stellar job. I couldn’t be happier with the results.Thanks to Closet Envy for giving me more space in my house. I’d never been more excited to get organized. If anyone is looking for custom-built closets, I recommend this team. I look forward to using them again.

We had the pleasure of working with David McKim from the Burlington branch on a closet install based all the way in Guelph. David is an absolute gem - he took the time to advise us on exactly what we needed (and wanted) and made the entire process from design to install smooth.The day before the install we had left a lockbox outside of the unit so that the installer could access the building and when the installer arrived it was completely frozen shut. Knowing that we were unavailable to help and not wanting to make it our problem alone, David offered to drive up with a spare set of keys, a borrowed hairdryer and even a bottle of hot water to get the installer access to the building. It was a hilarious situation to be in but at the same time we felt reassured - that's a high bar for any trade professional and shows the extent he and Closet Design will go through to get the job done.The installation itself went smoothly and without any further issues, it was expertly completed and there was zero trace of any installation debris or mess. We are thrilled with the results.Thanks to the entire Closet Envy team for the super experience.

David helped us with the design and managed the entire project. I love the 3D renderings The building and clean up was problem free. Great service and value. We are very happy with the end product!

From start to finish this process was incredible! My designer Melissa was amazing and really maximized the space. Installation was quick and they left no trace they were there other than my beautiful closet. I'm absolutely in love with the space and can't recommend closet envy enough!!!
