The team at Mold Care did an amazing job in our home recently. We had a black mold issue within our ceiling and 2 days after inspection, the team was here and ready to work! They did an amazing job with the mold removal as if it was never even there. The workers were very kind and easy to talk to, and did a great job at making sure we as home owners were comfortable and satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone with a similar issue! The free consultation on our mold problem was exactly that, free. Duane offered to visit and inspect. He was prompt, communicating with us to clarify arrival time on the day of the visit. He was polite and friendly when he arrived. He did not rush, took a reasonable time to inspect and consider the mold problem. He did not try to upsell us to remediate a problem that he did not consider was severe. He suggested inexpensive ways we could address the problem ourselves. We felt he did everything to build a trusting relationship and while we did not require MoldCare to address this problem, we would not hesitate to engage them first the next time around. Kudos to Duane for an outstanding professional approach.

Duane's Team diagnosed my condo unit water damage from a leak in the unit above that caused mold build-up. He understood the probably causes, put a remediation plan together and executed efficiently within a timely manner. They were punctual, thorough and effective. Results was complete mold removal, dramatic reduction in airborne mold spores and clean/dry conditions.

We are remodelling a (new to us) house. While tearing up the carpets and underlay, we saw what we thought might be a serious mold problem.
