We discovered a leak in one of the water lines leaving our hot water tank. We last year had Mr. Morrow replace the main water line coming into the house and they did a great job, so we gave them a call. Caley on the dispatch line was great and I felt like she empathized with our predicament.The next day Caleb came by after a full day on other jobs to fix the problem. Despite having to climb down into a flooded crawl space to replace the leaking line, he was cheerful, professional and energetic. He did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with.I'd happily recommend Mr. Morrow Plumbing. I've used them a couple of times now, met a few of their staff and have had a great experience every time.

This is wonderful family owned and operated business that is local to Langley and Aldergrove area. Superb and professional service from start to finish! Kaylie handled my phone call and was so pleasant and helpful to me! Matt came and worked on my old furnace to get it started up for the upcoming colder weather. He was professional and very friendly and provided me with quick service on the furnace. He didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. He also gave me a seniors discount so that the total bill was more than reasonable! I’d highly recommend this company for your plumbing or heating needs! Just excellent!!

On three different occasions, we have had Sean from Mr. Morrow come to our home to do approx. 10 different plumbing repairs, plus a tankless hot water tank installation, and some disconnections prior to other reno's in our newly purchased home.He also returned to our home 24 hrs after a service, when someone else accidentally messed with his work.I cannot rave enough about how quick this company (Kailey) is to answer calls, respond to calls, come to our home and do the work.I also cannot rave enough about how professional the organization, and Sean are and how much we value the overall quality of the experience.Would not recommend another plumbing company. Had Matt and Caleb come help with the plumbing and install of a new bathroom vanity. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. They exceeded our expectations by providing amazing quality work and great customer service. They left the bathroom cleaner than they found it, and even had a box of toys for our son to choose from! Matt and his team have had impeccable response times and have helped me out in a jam 3 times now. He is always comfortable with my 2 year old son in the house and even was showing him how to tighten and loosen a bracket. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Morrow Plumbing. The owner Matt Morrow came to do a complete overhaul of my old piping system in my old humble mobile home and the work was impeccable. It was completed in half the time I was expecting. They started when they said they would and finished the work as promptly and thoroughly as they could. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and pointed out issues from some previous work done in the home and came out a following day with special tools to fix the problem (at no extra cost). He also fixed my hot water tank with his own parts and saved me from having to replace my hot water tank. You can really tell this guy genuinely cares about other people and is not just out to make a quick buck. This company has single-handedly changed my opinion of renovation contractors. I have already recommended him to my friends and neighbours and now on here! Best part, his prices are totally competitive!

Mr Morrow was able to fit me in on a same day (afternoon) service call. Showed up with all the equipment and tools they needed, charged what they said they were going to charge with no extras, and cleaned up after snaking the drains in a condo. I have a number of rentals, and have dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years. Mr. Morrow did the work efficiently, did it well, and did it with a smile and a great attitude even at the end of what I'm sure was a long day for him. I will happily call on them again. They deserve your business!

As a member of our strata council, we have made Mr. Morrow Plumbing our go to plumber for any work within our townhouse complex. They have done great work for several units. The owners always seem to be impressed once they complete a job. Kaylie is also so easy to speak with. They also have very fair pricing! I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this company!

From the moment I called Kailey of Morrow Plumbing to schedule a service up to the time that Caleb came, I can see nothing but professionalism. Kailey was so responsive and professional in dealing with me and answering my questions and concerns. She sent Caleb the next morning who is also so professional, courteous and came on time. He fixed the issue with the leak in our kitchen and laundry sink. He came again two days after as we requested him to install a new faucet in our bathroom sink. That is when he detected a leak in the bathroom wall. He was able to repair it in time to avoid further damage and costly repairs. The repairs he made were of very good quality and good value for money. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Morrow's service again in the future and recommend it to my friends.
