Made a purchase at this Esso Circle K using my debit card and didn't realize I was charged twice for the same item until I logged into Mt Bank account and received a notification letting me know I was charged twice. I called and spoke with the Manager but he said he couldn't or wouldn't help because I didn't have my receipt and wasn't sure of the time so he could roll back the camera to see what happened. I do have the date of the transaction and it's recorded on my account but that seemingly wasn't enough information for the Manager to help with a refund. Be careful when using your cards at this location and remember to take your receipt, check it carefully and keep it just in case you need to provide it as proof at this location because they seem to be ok with overcharging their customers unless they have a receipt. Your banking information isn't enough for them as proof.

Having to prepay in broad daylight just feels wrong.Spending nearly $100 on 3/4 of a tank of gas and not getting a discount on a carwash seems wrong.The Tim Horton's wedged in the gas station makes the inside crowded and tight.

Went there tonight and the tall white man I walked in without a mask on cause I have breathing problems he said what does that have to do with it! He said you can breath with a mask on and I paid for my stuff left the store and he slammed the door and locked it calm down

This one always has problems: can't read card, points not working , sorry debit and credit are down, receipts do not print and that's just in last 3 months. Why have pay at the pump if it doesn't work. Just frustrating visit every time

Nice gas station, don't go to one on Grove and Saint Vincent total opposite

Years ago, the gas pumps were wiped down, the glass covering the dials cleaned,on a regular basis.It would be nice if that would be done again.A few months of grime doesn't have the same appeal.

Filled up, paid and left. No trouble.

It's a busy station and sometimes takes a while to get through, but the window washer reservoirs are always full, tons of paper towel, and the squeegees are awesome. Pumps are clean and are always in working order. This gas bar also has vacuums (good ones!), and an air pump.

Always one of your better and we'll know gas stations always clean great staff and great snack and drink spot keep up the great work esso people of the world.

Expedited service. Pleasant what else I pumped my own gas , cleaned the windows and checked my oil. Kinda funny I did this when I was 16 yrs old working at a Gulf gas station. Doing all the extras was part of my job. Now these 21 yr old bean counters that just got out school think they know it all. Until they will show the company how useless and replaceable they are. However I know some 50 years later people will remember this young kid that did all the extra things nobody does any moreEntitled people at their best
