Went to get a screen protector installed for my Apple watch. After installing it and giving it back to me it was clear it wasn't fully sealed at the edges but I was told to take it home and put it on the charger and the heat would seal it. I followed their instructions perfectly but it never sealed and the edges continued to come up and get dirt and things trapped under. I thought maybe it was a faulty one or wasn't installed right so within a week I took it back to see if I could have it redone, and they were nice about it and redid it for me, but once again same thing it didn't seal.The next week I went back a third time to get a refund since the protectors were clearly terrible quality and didn't fit the watch right but they told me it was past the date for a refund and essentially blamed me and said it wasn't their fault because no one else has problems with them". I felt quite insulted by this and that I deserved a refund since the product was terrible and I paid $28 for it

Went in the day before Father's Day to pick out my present (making is simpler for my family). Vinh helped me understand what product (iPad) and accessories were the most suitable for my needs. Very patient and accommodating. He guided me through the set up process (simple for him, just another 'chore' for me) and off I went. I never felt pressured to buy, instead I think he went above and beyond to ensure I understood why he recommended what he did. I'm very happy with the outcome and want to give them a big shout out for quality service and products.

This review is a bit late considering I'm writing about my experience with this store end of June this year, but I felt that I really have to write this in light of how good the service I experienced was.The technician named Deep provided fast and quality repair service for my Macbook Air M1 2020. I had an issue with the screen. When I went to the Apple Store, they told me that I'll have to wait 3 weeks in order for the replacement parts to arrive, but I could not afford to wait this long as I was travelling across the country in less than a week. I was referred to this store as I was told that they are known for their quick turnaround time.I called the store and was able to bring my Mac the same day to them, they express ordered the parts for my and it was repaired within 3 days. Deep took care to fully test my laptop to make sure everything worked as it should and he called me regularly with updates during the repair process.Overall, would highly recommend this store should you need to do a warranty repair for your Apple products and are on a tight deadline - they are an Apple authorized repair centre. Will definitely be back there if I need any of my other Apple products repaired.

Sharon Rose and I have had two interactions with Jump+ and the great staff that provide excellent customer service. Just last week we dealt with Vinh who provided us superb assistance in our purchase of an Apple watch and Air Pods. Well done....Vinh.

I love this store! All staff are friendly and Hadi is amazing at solving tech problems quickly, kindly and easily. I so appreciate such excellent customer service. So rare these days. Kudos Hadi and thank you!

Jared provided excellent customer service in comparing laptops to choose the one that best met my needs. Hadi, technician superstar, managed to extract all my files from my shattered laptop (didn't think that was possible) to transfer onto my new one. I'm eternally grateful. Great customer experience. No wait compared to Apple store in downtown, highly recommend.
