Don't waste your time buying from a store run by people who know nothing about parts. Called ahead of time to see if a specific part was in stock. I was told that this specific part was in stock. Drove 60 minutes to get to this store only for them to sell me the wrong part.

My gf bought brakepads, 50/60 bucksish,turns out, didnt need them, she brings them back for a refund, notices after she leaves, the $ didnt make it in her account, shes from out of town, big hassle, out 50 bucks,

I had a great experience with Bill. I have to say he is very courteous and knowledgeable. Everytime I go in he goes above and beyond to serve me. Now that's customer service and he should be acknowledged for his excellent service. Good job Bill. See u again

I was in desperate need of a fan belt, not for a car but for a furnace. It was a Sunday afternoon and I didn’t think I’d have much luck. Chris Becvar was unbelievably helpful when trying to cross reference the specs. We found the right one and got my customer out of a jam. Thanks Chris!

Exceptional service by Al when i called. I was ordering a part and when Al found out i was from out of town he notified me to save time and money he could place on next shipment coming to North Bay. Saved 4 hours of driving and fuel. thanks for thinking outside the box for great customer service

It’s 2021 and I’m shocked how the boys in there treated me like it was the 50’s. I went in and asked for the starter that my boyfriend had called in about for his truck. The first gentleman signaled me to his cash and was very helpful, the teenage boys at the front of the store however, were laughing about how “no women ever” would know what a starter is. I didn’t realize what’s between my legs determined my knowledge, what an informative day!

Great prices on almost all parts! Staff are very friendly and have a vast knowledge of most cars and parts! Open 7 days a week. Monday - Friday open from 8am to 9pm Saturday 8-6 & Sunday 8-5. They are owned by parent company Canadian Tire & have 2 locations lorne street & Lasalle Blvd They also price match if they can not beat the price so it's a win win!

Simply needed a new wiper blade for my Mazda 3. lost some rubber due to the wiper freezing to the windshield. Decided it would be a quick change so did it in the Partsource parking lot. I accidentally broke the fitting I needed to put the new wiper on. I should have got the name of the guy who helped me. He not only gave me a new wiper but was patient enough to show me how the new fandangled thing worked ! Much thanks it was greatly appreciated.
