With all of the uncertainties that everyone has been facing with booked trips over the past 12+ months due to COVID, I have e-mailed Yogita many times with questions and looking for assistance. We booked our recent trip to Aruba (Dec 2020) through Elena Miller from SellOff Vacations. She made everything so easy for us. It was like working with our own personal travel agent. At a time right now when travelling is so difficult, she helped us walked through everything step by step. I had plenty of questions and some were just small questions for clarification, and every time I called her she either answered right away or returned my phone call within hours. Once the trip was booked I noticed that my husband was seated in a different row then me and my small child. When I called her about this she called Air Canada directly and was able to have this changed promptly and sent over my new travel docs that same day. We do a lot of travelling and I will only book through Elena going forward. She is pleasant and professional but adds that personal touch that you can’t get with other online travel companies. Thank you Elena for taking away any stress I was having and making sure that my family would have the best vacation!

Please refrain from buying any vacation packages from this place. My friend and I bought Las Vegas vacation package for Christmas time. WestJet cancelled flights and issued refunds on same day but we are still waiting for the refund, it been 2 months.They have worst customer service no one bothers to reply to you back or follow up.I left them voice messages, emails but no replies.Please SAVE YOURSELF from these SCAMMERS.

I have been using Sell off Vacations for the last couple of years and have been very impressed with their prices and staff knowledge when it comes to destinations, hotels and airlines.Elena Miller has been my travel specialist for my last 4 Mexico vacations. Elena’s knowledge, experience, sound advice without any pressure to purchase has been exceptional! Over the last few weeks I have had the pleasure of dealing with Yogita Raniga to rebook a trip to Jamaica that we had already had to rebook last spring due to Covid.Yogita was very helpful in getting things sorted out for us and was great at getting back to me in a timely manner. I'm sure I have talked to her close to a dozen times in two weeks and have had even more email correspondence! She was very pleasant and patient, in which I am sure a very difficult times in the travel industry. I hope to be able to work with her to book future vacations, under better circumstances -when the world gets back to normal!

Was having some issues trying to book with the website so I came down to talk to Kristy and she was a Rockstar getting my trip booked and explaining all the issues I was running into. Way better to come down and have someone help you get things sorted out this is how I'll be doing it going forward.

Yogita is one of the best agents I worked with. We were a big group of people going to Mexico and Yogita was able to arrange same flights, times and even rooms in the same buildings for us. Before my trip she kept in touch with me and made sure I have all my travel documents. Above all of these, she gave us a very good discount and made this a memorable trip for us. I booked an all-inclusive vacation with a group of my friends through Yogita Raniga, before the pandemic.
