I came in to look at a mower that was online, it was not assembled on the floor. I spoke with Greg about it and he immediately set about getting the unit assembled for me. I was also In the market for a pump to use in a fire prevention setup and was looking at the $3000 to $4000 units. Greg had a great deal of experience with these pumps and not only did he get me set up with the right pump for 1/4 of the price I was looking at, he also gave me a list of the fittings and hose I would need for my setup. He also had that pump assembled for me by the end of the day.

Great selection but poor service. I always have to go looking for help, nobody greets me or tries to offer assistance when I am in. This is not just an isolated incident but every single time I go in it seems. The most recent I was in for Valentine's Day looking for a new snowmobile helmet for my fiance and wandered around aimlessly for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to assist me and finally I just walked out the door. No, I'm not there to buy a snowmobile but I'm still there to spend 600+ on a helmet. We own sleds, sxs, and have kids going to be wanting toys right away. I doubt I'll take my service there for big purchases if that's how regular people are handled. Instead I turned around and drove all the way to St Albert to Riverside Motorsports and spent my money there.

Great staff and helpful. Was hoping for more riding footwear to try on and not have to order online. But they are very eager and willing to bring in anything I find.

I see Turple Bros received a lot of negative reviews. Not sure why???? I had an excellent experience today with Kevyn in Sales and Christian in Parts/Accessories. Very patient, knowledgeable, honest and not at all forceful to upgrade or make a sale. It was all about a personal experience. Staff is super friendly and lots of retail space for all your motorsports needs. Prices pretty decent too! Check them out. I was pleasantly surprised and happy I went! Great job Turple Bros. Team.

I love their showroom but their parts and service department is a waste of time some of the people know what their talking about and are very helpful. But most of them will not be able to help you. Especially when it comes to older sleds. I stopped by today to get a new primer. They offered me a fuel pump. I can't say I'll be back.

Walked in and was welcomed but nobody was really on the floor till we were ready to go. Didn't have much stock in atv, more bikes and side by sides then anything. Left and bought elsewhere.

Troy is great!!!We were in the market for a new mower, Troy helped me pick the best option for our needs that was in stock and ready. Tracy processed the payment and was a pleasure as well. Troy took the time to walk me through the features, and in no time I was home cutting my grass with laser precision.
