Fantastic company! John and Dyan made the process extremely easy to have an elevator, the Stiltz Duo model, installed in our home. They Are very professional and handled everything from custom construction to electrical work. Their installation staff were meticulous, very friendly and trustworthy. Since day 1 they have been very organized, professional, and have set very high standards and requirements for my construction services I provide to their clients. They have definitely set the bar high for accessibility construction and services.

Dyan and Blair both very professional and excellent customer service. We visited the showroom and experienced the variety of stairlift that made us decide easily that fits my mom’s need. Dyan is very welcoming and accommodating with our urgent need. Blair’s prompt response at home visit for estimate and great advice, even a follow-up call after it was installed. Great installer by Shah, very professional and neat worker. My mom is very happy with her stairlift. It’s money well spent.

My wife was having major issues getting up and down the stairs, so we contacted several different stairlift companies and we went with 101 mobility. And I am glad we did. Right from the start Blair our salesman showed us the lift in their Mississauga location and showed us how it worked, and we took a few test tries with it. Blair was very good and informed all about the chair and even when he came to our house, he was very professional. Once the chair was in, we had a couple of hiccups the first week, however Dyan and the service crew was out here the same day to resolve the problems . I would surely recommend 101 mobility for your stair lift. They make sure that it is right! Thanks team, for all your help. It has been in our place for over a month, and it works great!!

We recently had two grab bars installed in our shower and had a chairlift installed a few months ago and are very pleased with the work that was done. The work was done to perfection. The installation men were very polite and professional. Thank you so much for making our home a safer place to be.

Install team completed the job quickly and followed safe COVID measures during the install.I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to have a parent or family member remain safe in the comforts of his/her home. WOW. Great company! I was desperate for my vertical lift repair and called 101 mobility and Dyan was great on getting someone out to see the lift. Pearse and Sasha are the techs that came out.
