Another local mechanic quoted me $1600 for at least two days work, these guys did the same work in the same day and for a much more reasonable charge. I pray I never have to take my car in again, of course, but when I do I'll be pulling up to their garage without question.

Brent and his team at Pro autocare are just super stars. My car was towed to their shop after a breakdown in Hope. I’d never used their service but they were able to work on my car the earliest. Although it took them some time, Brent and his team got her up and running. I’ve never received such amazing customer service and a trustworthy experience, until I landed at Chilliwack pro autocare. The staff take their time, are thorough, patient and super warm and helpful! Brent takes his time to explain everything in detail relating to repairs and maintaining your vehicle. Thanks so much for your time and patience with me over these last few months, as I dealt with my car issues! A+ service!

My husband found Chilliwack Pro Auto Care when my Infiniti needed urgent servicing in Jan. 2022 because it was behind its regular maintenance care after my familu moved in Chilliwack last Nov. 2021. Blessed to have found this shop because the staff are friendly, great and trustworthy. They definitely treat the vehicles as if they were their own. So, we go back to them for our car maintenance servicing and wouldn't look anywhere else. Thank you again for servicing my car and keeping my family safe. Highly recommended!

Service above and beyond! They were completely booked for the day with a skeleton staff and we were towed off of number 1 the night before and sleeping in our little camper in the parking lot when Brent (the owner)arrived for work in the morning!2006 xtrail with a dead alternator and Brent found a new one for us and installed it himself We were gone before noon. This was my second visit. Different things. They listened and investigated and fixed! The first time I had taken somewhere else first and 2x I took it in and other place couldn't find the problem. When engine light came on and it stalled out, the other place couldn't fit me in. I am glad they didn't, now I have a much better place, and they believe old ladies like me.

My wife took my Santa Fe XL in last week and spent almost $500 to get my wiper motor fixed and 2 days later my wipers completely stopped working on a rainy day. When I called, they refused to fit me until a week later saying they’re backed up. After asking several times, she finally said I can drop off my vehicle so it wouldn’t be ready until next week. I asked for a rental as this wasn’t anticipated and the girl at the front desk said they were out. I asked how they could accommodate me and she laughed and went and got her manager. When the manager came out he said “so what’s the problem”…. I explained and he slammed some keys on the desk and said there ya go. They didn’t tell me which vehicleIt was, nothing about gas, nothing about any returning instructions. When I found the car I went in and it had such a strange odour. I realized after about 5 mins that it was urine. It was so disgusting and so strong that I had to use mints and wear several masks to keep the smell down. I got a call the day later saying it was ready to be picked up and they needed their rental back that day. I wasn’t in the city and the lady on the phone got frustrated and put her manager on the phone. He asked where I was. Like that’s none of your business. I explained that if they told me it would have been ready by the weekend I wouldn’t have left the city. We made arrangements to drop the vehicle off the next day after hours.The auto service was a fail.The customer service was a fail.The car smelled like a mix of urine and axe body spray.Absolutely disgusting.

Been here twice now, with both great experience. Just had my front axle seal fixed on my RAM 3500. The next day I noticed it was leaking, and they fixed it right away with no hassle. Good job!

Can’t speak highly enough of the team here. Super polite and friendly customer service and super clean work area. They do fantastic work for a more than fair price. They care about what they do. Highly recommend getting your automotive work done here!
