Car under warranty A/C not working. They said it is not under warranty it would cost £ 150 to regas but final bill was £350. £200 extra to diagnose that A/C not working. IT is a little bit too much to regas aircon. When bought the car they said one tyre was worn but they ordered the tyre and contact me to replace on their cost and no one ring when I tried to contact them no result. Very poor experience and I will never buy car from them or go for a service.

We took our car there for diagnostics, they gave us an estimate of £2000 for the repair, after requesting a detailed estimate (which we received 2 days later) the estimate increased all the sudden to £3000. Feels quite a lot like a ransom. No thank you.Update: we found another mechanic who fixed our car for 1/3 of the price and without increasing the estimate by 100% overnight. Still amazed that they cannot see why it is an issue. Absolutely appalling.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Stellantis Guildford having previously contacted 9 other Peugeot dealers.The other dealers either refused to look at my broken down 6 month old Peugeot Boxer campervan at all or would not look at it for at least 7 weeks.The workshop diagnosed and resolved the break down within hours, and all the team I came in contact with were professional, friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience. Popped in with the van as I suspected the powersteering fluid level was low. Senior mechanic came out and checked it, turns out there is a cold high and low high level mark. Turns out I thought the bottom level was the minimum! All cleared up, was given some free help and advice so very much appreciated the assistance. Would definitely go here in future! Thanks!!

Popped in to view a vehicle , Sam spotted me outside looking lost outside looking around a particular vehicle.Suddenly I'm viewing the inside and taking it for a test drive.I was most impressed, Sam answered all my questions and explained everything about the vehicle. On returned I wanted to know more and Sam was again very helpful I wasn't given loads of this and that, but details of what I can have, on top of like paint protection, gap insurance, service plans. Even though the car had not been prepped, it was in very good condition.I'm happy to say I purchased the vehicle shortly after and will collect it this Friday 7th. Sam was friendly ,and knowledgeable of my peugeot 2008. I was offered a very good trade in price and a deal made for my new one.I can't wait for Friday to arrive.Go take a look and pick your Pergeot and come out with a smile and a modern vehicle with enough gadgetsto keep you amused reading the manual.

The welcome and the attention here is second to none, engine management light came on so called and they fitted me in straight away as I was worried ahead of a large motorway drive. Put my mind at ease, highly recommended dealership with very attentive and professional staff 5 ⭐️mark again, a credit to the business

Bought a brand new e208 that soon developed a number of faults, the main two being a knocking noise from the motor when turning out of a junction and heated seats not working. The car went back in 4 times over 5 months without being fixed and eventually they told me that all the e208's make the knocking noise. This is a £34,000 car! Absolutely no customer service, the service manager initially refused to bring a courtesy car over to me when the car needed go back for the fourth time. Also had to wait a month for parts and then when they arrived told they couldn't fit me in for another month! The final straw was when it was returned after the forth visit still knocking and the seats still not working but now with two new oil leaks! Since writing the dealership has replied that they strive for 100% satisfaction"

Absolute fantastic people. I struggled to get a decent and relatively new car after a bed collision caused by a carless driver, but the sales representative was so kind and walked thru the process with me calmly and professionally. Cannot be more thankful. Brilliant service. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Look for James:))

Very poor experience from start to finish! For the second time in two months my van went in for warranty work and on this occasion the Adblue tank required replacing. I booked this dealership as they had the earliest availability and now wish I hadn’t bothered.Magda is one of the most negative and unhelpful employees I’ve ever come across in any establishment. Her only responses seem to be ‘No’ ‘I don’t know’ or ‘I can’t tell you’. I was told I needed to wait for a part to arrive and was not given a lead time. I kept having to call for updates and eventually after 3 three weeks of chasing I was told ‘Oh yes your part is here’. Not sure why she couldn’t have called me herself to let me know.I was told replacing the tank takes a couple of hours. However after being told to drop my van off at 8am, I called for an update 6 hours later only to be told they are still working on it. Why ask me to drop off so early if you’re not going to start working on it until the afternoon?!Although this experience was one to forget it does not reflect on Peugeot as a whole as I have received a far higher level of service from other dealerships nearby. Next time I’ll definitely wait a little longer and book my van in elsewhere.

Very helpful, squeezed us in at short notice and fixed the car the day before we went on holiday. Nice job service team.
