Very irresponsible, they installed 2 windows and never bothered about the water flashing that was on with the old window, they just cut them and now I have water leak, they damaged the siding too. Also they removed a Internet line running near the window and didn’t put it back. Very poor job. Don’t use their service.

Trying to give an explanation in a review would take me hours and still not do this company justice. Mark and Tracy were very helpful and easy to deal with. They were by far the best value and their service is the best I have received in the home renovation department. The crew that was sent to our house were some of the nicest guys you could meet and they worked from start to finish and didn’t stand around. Thanks to the management and many thanks to the crew that installed the windows. I would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future. 5 stars, no bones about it.

I needed wood windows for my heritage home, and the Windows Plus team was able to provide and install Marvin windows in a reasonable timeframe at an expected cost. The salespeople were personable, the installation team was professional and timely, and they respected my home. I would highly recommend.

The team that installed was amazing; super friendly and did an outstanding job.High quality, excellent warranties and the communication was great. Tracy is great to deal with and always gets back to you as soon as she can. She's also very upfront about wait times etc

Had several quotes to install 5 windows and trim off a patio door. I knew Windows Plus would be installing my windows 5 minutes after Jamie showed up to start the quote process, Excellent service start to finish, everything happened exactly how Jamie said it would. The crew that came to install were also all great! I just bought another house and look forward to using Windows Plus once again.

We just a sliding door system installed by Windows Plus. The staff at all stages are fantastic, from quoting to sales, operations and installation. The quality of the door is fantastic and the installation was professional. We will be getting all our doors and windows here from now on. The wait was long due to supply issues, but it was worth every minute.

We got great recommendations from 2 sets of fussy friends about Mark and the crew at Windows Plus. So when they gave us a competitive price for siding and windows, we decided to give them a try. We were very happy with their work and so have them back again this year for more windows and siding. The crews have all been efficient and make sure to clean up after themselves, which we appreciate a lot. We've had no reservations about also recommending them to other friends and neighbours.

Thanks so much for the fantastic job, we had a number of windows replaced and our siding done. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to everyone, a great deal of care and attention to detail. The work crew noticed gaps in our insulation and took the time to point that out and help us fill it in around some of our older windows. (Many people wouldn’t have taken that time , just slapped the casing over it and we’d have never known.) You guys knocked it out of the park, appreciate it very much.

The installers did an amazing job; professional, on time, and thoughtful of your home environment while work is being completed. Very happy with the final product. Well worth the wait!

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I have had dealing with this company. Mark and his team are excellent to deal with. I so appreciated that everything discussed is fully documented in the estimate. The scheduling of the job is so organized and Tracy is so pleasant to deal with. The crews come fully prepared with the list of work to be done and are professional, do a thorough job and clean everything up when finished. Even the prompt follow up on a warranty item has been timely and excellent. I have had them do almost all windows, two doors and some siding. They were even able to work with me to resolve an issue caused by another company by giving me some great advice on the best approach to take to solve the problem. Will definitely use them to do some remaining windows in the house and have recommended them to friends.
