My husband and i started looking for our first home in September/October. We went to an open house one day before even having an agent to work with. We were debating who to go with as we personally know a few agents through friends and family. At this open house we met Laurie! She was so helpful and informative. She made sure to listen to our likes and dislikes. She has that personality type that is very easy to get along with and very likeable. We stuck with her and we are so grateful we did! We live in Toronto and dealt with Laurie for a home purchase in Niagara. I have to say it’s been an amazing experience. No pressure sales, she is so knowledgeable about every street in Niagara I mean every street! She went out of her way and looked at every property for us as we are far, gave us honest pros and cons even though it made us walk away from the purchases she told us if it was not worth it for us. From mould issues to asbestos she knew it all and advised against it as any agent with your true interest in mind would. She is an amazingly patient, detailed, honest and sincere real estate agent. We would highly recommend her, actually I would say if you don’t use her you’re in the wrong hands. Must get her on your side.

We had a home fire and needed a place to live in a hurry. Laurie was fantastic as I knew she would be. I had know Laurie as an acquaintance for years and never really needed her services before but we needed them in spades this time. The woman is a machine. I do not know how she does so much in such a short time. She found us a nice 4 bedroom to rent until our home was repaired by the insurance company. We were living out of a hotel and the market in Niagara was and is very competitive.
