This dealership where I bought the vehicle tried to charge me $26 to “install” a cargo net that I bought from them in the rear of my 2020 Ascent. This is a 30second task. They dropped the charge when I questioned it. They also charged a miscellaneous service fee of $3.50 which was explained as a fee they charge every vehicle to enter their shop to help offset their expenses of running the garage......I guess $130 per hour labour charge is not enough! Will never go this service dept again unless I have a warranty issue or manufacturer’s recall. This was not an env disposal fee. That was charged separately on invoice for oil change and there is no env recycling fee applicable for installing mud flaps!

I called, left a message and NO ONE called me back

Auf Rechnung aufgeführte arbeiten nicht erledigt.Z.b: Reserve Rad 60psi gefüllt.Ich habe kein Reserve Rad!Die Sprache auf meinem navigation system ändern ging nicht!Vorschlag Subaru Hamilton:Boardcomputer ausbauen und erneuern !Habe 4 mal gefragt selbe Antwort.Habe es 3 Monate später selbst heraus gefunden war nur eine Einstellung
