Been around forever and a great place to grab smokes and cigars, humidors, accessories , etc. There is a lot in the little hermitage center strip mall so this is an easy stop while running your other errands. Staff are friendly , and while some here arent seemingly knowledgeable about any product , the rest of the staff and owner more than make up for it.

Your service was the most horrible f****** service I have ever had totally got ignored in the store until the lady behind the counter decided to serve me and left a mother a bunch of other customers waiting just very rude atmosphere very cold when you go in there no Smiles no nothing I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody so if you're in the area of 50th Street and Hermitage stay clear way from her go to a store called AK convenience they sell their Cigarettes Cheaper anyway lot better deal again AK convenience right on 50th Street behind the Arby's.

I've never been here but I'm rating them as their website is full of viruses, popups, and malware. If websites provides that level of service I can't imagine what store service is like.
