From Edmonton,our family member bought our daughter a pair of Heelys however they did not fit so we called in advanced to replace them for a different size. The lady on the phone said yes we have them in Stock we will hold them" (assuming that they were new) . So we drove almost two hours (only journeys close enough) only to find out that they were used shoes(obviously a return and not in a condition she should be reselling them) . The lady there tried to sell us a used pair of shoes. I would say this is a HUGE health concern and just bad practice and when we asked if she could order us a pair online she said it wasn't possible

They were really nice instore but they messed up my address for my special order. I had called and thought it was resolved but weeks later I still have not received my shoes and cannot get a hold of the store. Super unfortunate.

I visited this store and was assisted by Sadie. She was amazing. She was super helpful and incredibly friendly. Sadie was very knowledgeable and was able to find what works best for me. It was so refreshing to not have a sale associate who genuinely wanted to help. Retail needs more Sadies

Amazing staff! They exchanged my daughters shoes without a receipt after the velcro tore off, and helped us find a new pair for her. Will definitely be back. 100% reccomend!!!!

Always come here and have never had a bad experience, was there on June 2nd and the staff working at the time where amazing. wish I caught their names to mention them, but they where easy to talk to and really kind people!
