These folks work hard for their clients. You can book an entire personalized ski experience with these folks. They will help you the whole way.

Purchased online a 2 Day lift ticket less then 24 hours before arrival and had NO ISSUE picking up my passes from the Adventure Hub (ski Store). Perfectly located on Banff Ave, walking distance to our hotel.I didn't book early enough to ensure the passes were waiting for me when I checked in, but that is an AMAZING service offered!!Skiing BOTH Lake Louise & Sunshine Mountain in one weekend.... PERFECT!! Saved a little money and had the best of Banff & Lake Louise!

We had an excellent experience using SkiBig3 for rental equipment, lift tickets, and especially instruction. Carlo exceeded all expectations. I am a very nervous skier and my husband is more confident, though also fairly inexperienced. Carlo is adept at explaining exactly how to move such that you feel safe and confident on ice, packed snow, and fresh powder; whether the slopes are super busy or fairly relaxed. Carlo made me feel good about my ability to handle all the greens. He helped my husband improve in a more detailed way to help him become faster and more skilled.

They were very rude. They were very nice when I was purchasing tickets and renting ski gear. When I went back for questions they completely invalidated me. They have a manner of saying things while you are purchasing items. Once you come back and ask them about what they promised. They said that if I did all three ski lifts that I would get a map. I went back to the store and they made up some excuse as to why I couldn’t. I rented my skis and bought my tickets from big3. My friend had a very traumatic skiing experience and wanted to return her skis early and they were extremely rude to her to the point where she was physically shaking.

Don't bother with buying Ski Big3 lift tickets, it is much cheaper to buy the mountain card from the ski resort or from costco and ama. My 1st and only experience with Big3 adult ski 3 day within 5 day ticket was terrible as it only worked 2 out of 3 days as opposed to 3 that is advertised.The ticket failed to scan at Lake Louise for the 3rd visit on the 5th day. As I mentioned the problem to Steve the manager, he refused to resolve the problem. The ticket was obtained from a multiple stranger organized tour group, and unless we go through the trouble to bother multiple people to trace down the exact original purchaser, they wouldn't help us. The hours i spent on calling and emailing them has already exceeded the value of the ticket.The customer service at Sunshine and Lake Louise has no idea how to check the status of the ticket nor resolve any issue for you on site. When I called both the Ski Big 3's 403 and 1-844 number to check the status of the pass (after using 2 out of 3 days), four agents reports different status to me (some said it is valid, some said it is never used, and some said the ticket is not recognizable). Very disorganized.

I purchased a half day ticket, and they over-charged me according to US$ while in the internet it appeared as CAD$. I emailed them without receiving back the stolen difference. A nother problem with this terrible company is that their products are not tailored to your needs. if you need just half day and lift just for the bunny hill - they are not willing to adress the clients need. awful company. a waste of money !

This service is phenomenal! It really takes all the painful and annoying tasks related to getting passes, rentals and accommodations out of the way. We arrived to our hotel and the concierge gave us our passes for the trip. We were afterwards able to go get fitted for our ski rentals that we needed the next day and Ski Big 3 dropped them off that evening at our resort. We also used the free bus service that comes with purchasing through Ski Big 3 to avoid having to park and were able to visit 2 hills with the same pass. I can’t say for certain if this is cheaper than going about getting your accommodations, passes and rentals yourself but if it isn’t I will say that not having to deal with all that and having more time to enjoy your stay is definitely worth the extra money spent. Would recommend this service to anyone visiting Banff to ski.
