Just spent nearly $80 on gas and a top to bottom car wash. My car is still dirty, it wasn’t horrible to begin, and the dryer went off before my car got to that part. Went in and the man I spoke to was rude and didn’t offer another go thru the wash or even apologize for incomplete service. It’s the last of my money they will get! I wish I could add pictures

Cashier Sanjay refused to count $7( looney, toonies and quarter cents) and told me that he can’t take them because his shift is closing and he gave a aggressive behaviour with other customersThis incident happened June 14 around 9:25 pm

Ms. Smrti lied that the bathroom is of the out service my wife is pregnant and she didn’t let her go in . When I asked for the key she opened the washroom and it was clean. She just put the sign for no reason.

Poor service ever the lottery is not even closed she doesn't serve me at all she said the lottery is already closed at 10 pm. You don't make the OLG have your staff rules. OLG close at 10:30 pm not at 10:00 pm. SHE IS A VERY RUDE INDIAN WOMAN. NEVER GO THERE ANYMORE NO MANNERS VERY POOR SERVICE
